The University of Houston Department of Intercollegiate Athletics is committed to guests with disabilities. TDECU Stadium is designed with accessible parking, restrooms, concessions, ATMs and seating areas. For more information, fans can call the Athletics Ticket Office at 713-GO-COOGS (462-6647).
Handicap Parking - Garage (Entrance 3) - Disabled parking is available on the first level of the football stadium parking garage. Entry into the garage requires a valid disabled decal or hangtag. Enter off of Holman St. You can access Holman St. from Scott St.
ADVANCE TICKET PURCHASE
Fans can purchase tickets by calling 713-GO-COOGS (462-6647), by visiting the Athletics Tickets Office in the northeast corner of the stadium adjacent to gate 1 from 10 a.m.-5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, or purchase online 24/7 by visiting UHCougars.com
Outside alcohol is prohibited. However, beer, wine and liquor are sold at concession stands or portable stands throughout the concourses. All alcohol sales conclude at the beginning of the fourth quarter for the general public areas of the stadium. Alcohol will be served in the club and suite levels until the conclusion of the game.
Animals are not permitted inside of TDECU Stadium with the exception of service animals and service animals in training.
ATMs are located at Gate 1 and ICON Gate 2.

Fans can use the in-stadium Guest Assist Text Messaging System by texting 'UH' and their automobile assistance request message to 69050 or call UHPD at 713-743-0600.
BABY CHANGING AREAS
Baby changing stations are located in most restrooms in the stadium.
For security purposes backpacks and large bags are not permitted in TDECU Stadium. Purses, small handbags, diaper bags, etc. will be permitted. All bags are subject to search.
BALL RETURN POLICY
Footballs that enter the seating area must be returned to the field.
BANNERS AND SIGNS
Event related signs, flags, banners, and posters are welcome inside the facility to show fan support during events.
The following guidelines relate to these items
· Must be relevant to event
· May not be larger than 4 feet tall and 8 feet wide
· May not be attached to a stick/pole
· May not obstruct any stadium or event signage
· May not contain or display obscene or offensive language and/or pictures as determined by TDECU Stadium management
· May not be constructed or displayed in a manner that may obstruct the view of other guests or in any way create a safety hazard for others as determined by TDECU Stadium
Any sign, flag, banner or poster may be removed, at any time, at the sole discretion of the TDECU Stadium management.
No outside food or drink, including bottled water, and/or cans and glass bottles are allowed.
Cameras are permitted inside TDECU Stadium as long as their use does not interfere with the game or other guests' enjoyment of the event. Pictures of the game are for personal use only and may not be sold. Tri-pods and mono-pods are prohibited from use on the concourse or in the stands. Video cameras and video recording of events are prohibited.
Children age three (3) years and older must have a ticket to enter TDECU Stadium. Children under three must sit in the lap of a parent or guardian and may not occupy a seat or obstruct the sightlines of other guests.
CODE OF CONDUCT
The University of Houston Department of Intercollegiate Athletics is committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for our guests. Our staff will proactively support an environment free from the following behaviors:
Abusive, foul or disruptive language and obscene gestures
Intoxication or other signs of impairment related to alcohol consumption
Fighting, taunting or threatening remarks or gestures
Sitting in a location other than the guests ticketed seat
Displays of affection not appropriate in a public setting
Obscene or indecent clothing
Any disruption to the progress of the event by guest's actions
Continuing inappropriate behavior may result in the guest being ejected, arrested by police, or having his/her tickets revoked. All Season Ticket Members are responsible for their conduct as well as the conduct of their guests and/or persons using their tickets. If anyone sees someone violating the code of conduct, you can text TDECU followed by your message to 69050.
UH Sports & Entertainment is the official concessionaire for TDECU Stadium. Concession stands, as well as portable carts are located throughout the stadium on the concourse level.
Fans can line up to take part in the Cougar Walk two hours before kickoff at Shasta Square, located on the east side of TDECU Stadium on Cullen Blvd. Led by the band and spirit squads, head coach Tony Levine will escort the Cougars off the buses and into the stadium.
Directions to campus and campus maps.
To access the 200 and 300 level seating in the stadium spectators can use the elevator in the northeast corner by section 133. There are additional elevators on the south side at the club level that provide access to the suite level, press box level and ADA access to the 300 level seating on the south side. There is an additional ADA accessible elevator to get from the lower concourse to the upper concourse by entrance gate 2.
Should you need immediate assistance, please notify the nearest event staff member, security personnel or police officer.
In the event of a serious emergency at TDECU Stadium, all event staff, event security, police and Houston Public Safety emergency response agencies are ready and available to assist all guests, including guests with disabilities. Pertinent information regarding the emergency situation and evacuation procedures will be provided over the public address system and stadium televisions and scoreboards.
There are five guest entrances to TDECU Stadium. The locations are as follows:
Gates 1 Northeast corner of the stadium. Legends Plaza, All guests.
ICON Gate 2: Southeast corner of stadium. All guests, Student Entrance.
Club Level Entrance: South side of stadium. Club, Suite level and southside loge box members only. ADA elevator access.
Gate 3: Southwest side of the stadium. All guests, UH Player guest, Houston recruits, HS coaches, visiting team player guest.
Gate 4: North side of the stadium. All guests, media will call.
The UH Fan Shop is the official outfitter of Houston Athletics. Two Fan Shops are located inside of the stadium near sections 136 and 118 on the lower concourse and a third location on the upper concourse in the southeast corner of TDECU Stadium. The main shop is located on the first floor of the TDECU Stadium parking garage. Store hours are M-F 8 a.m.-5 p.m. and will be open during home football games. First Aid stations are located in the Southwest corner by section 118, the Northeast corner by section 136, the Southeast corner by section 102, and the east side of the stadium by section 139. EMS personnel will be located throughout the stadium.
GAME DAY CENTRAL
Stop by the Game Day Central tent located inside Gate 1 to pick up all game day needs like posters and schedule cards.
GATE OPENING TIMES
TDECU Stadium will open one and a half (1 1/2) hours prior to the start of games for the general public and students, and two hours for those with access to Luxury Suite and Club level as well as the Don Sanders Red and White Hall.
Houston Athletics offers special discounts for groups of 10 or more. If you are part of a company, church or other organization, we invite you to join us for a fun group outing at one of our home games. GUEST ASSIST MESSAGING SYSTEM
To address in-stadium problems, questions, and/or concerns please text the word TDECU to 69050. Include the incident type and details, along with your location/section so that we may assist. Incident types may include maintenance/housekeeping, unruly guests, medical emergency, or general stadium questions.
The University of Houston Department of Intercollegiate Athletics strives to ensure a positive game day experience for all fans. While inside the stadium, Guest Services desks are available to assist you with any questions or concerns. Guest Services desks are located at the Northeast corner adjacent to gate 1 (across from section 136) and the Southwest corner adjacentto gate 3 of the stadium (across from section 118).
LOST AND FOUND
All Guests needing to claim or report lost items during an event should visit the guest services desks by gate 1 and 3 (across from sections 118 and 136). At the end of each event, all unclaimed items will be turned in to security (UHPD). Guests must present valid photo identification and sign a receipt in order to claim lost items. The University of Houston Department of Intercollegiate Athletics cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items.
LOST CHILDREN AND GUESTS
Lost children and guests should be taken to any police officer or event staff personnel for assistance.

Guests of University of Houston student-athletes may pick up tickets at the ticket booth located at Gate 3 beginning one and a half hours prior to kickoff. Per NCAA rules, each person receiving a ticket must be present with a photo ID in order to sign for tickets. Guests of players are required to enter the stadium when they receive their ticket and must follow stadium policies regarding no re-entry.
Programs are sold for $5 at all entrance gates and throughout the stadium.
PROHIBITED ITEMS AND BEHAVIOR
In conjunction with the NCAA and for the safety of our guests and employees, the following are prohibited:
Smoking, including e-cigarettes (except in designated areas)
Animals (except service animals to aid guests with disabilities)
Food and beverage
Fireworks, open flames or flammables
Firearms and weapons of any kind
Video cameras and the use of video capable devices
Abusive, foul or disruptive language
Trespassing, soliciting, peddling and loitering
Any other item or action deemed dangerous or inappropriate
Guests who appear to be inebriated and unmanageable will not be permitted admittance into the stadium.
Any attempt to bring prohibited items into the stadium will be considered a violation of the Code of Conduct and may result in the guest being ejected, arrested or tickets being revoked. All persons and/or their belongings are subject to search. Violators of the rules of any State or City laws will be refused admission, asked to leave or ejected from stadium property. *Exceptions will be made for those with medical requirements and/or special needs.

University of Houston football games would only be delayed for lightning or other emergency conditions.
There is a no re-entry policy in effect for TDECU Stadium. Once a guest exits the stadium, they will not be allowed back in for the remainder of the event.
No refunds, exchanges or cancellations are permitted unless we are unable to fill your order. Refunds will not be granted due to a game date or time changes.
All tickets should be treated like cash. The Houston Athletics Ticket Office is not responsible for any tickets that are lost/stolen. Please stop the ticket office on the east side of the stadium if you have lost your ticket to have a new ticket generated.
Public restrooms are conveniently located throughout TDECU stadium. All restrooms are accessible to our guests with disabilities.
SEE SOMETHING SAY SOMETHING
In an effort to ensure the safety of our fans on game day, we are asking all spectators to notify UH Police Department, event staff personnel or Athletic Department Staff immediately if you see anything out of the ordinary while on campus or in TDECU Stadium. SHASTA SQUARE KIDS ZONE
The University of Houston Department of Intercollegiate Athletics' Shasta Square provides an exciting pregame destination for Houston Football fans. The pregame zone is located on the east end of TDECU Stadium with easy access to the Gate 1 and the Icon Gate, located on the northeast and southeast corners of the stadium, respectively. The Shasta Square
Kids Zone located in the Shasta Square tailgate area located outside of the stadium on the East side and on Cullen Blvd. It opens each game day, two hours prior to kickoff. All children 13 years and under can enjoy face painting, games, moon walk and interaction with UH student-athletes.
SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE
Shuttle bus service will be provided on game day to assist spectators to the stadium. The pickup location prior to the game is located on University Dr. by the Welcome Center. Spectators will be dropped off on Cougar Place Dr. by the south side of the stadium. Spectators can catch the bus back to their vehicle after the game at the Cougar Place Dr. location. Shuttle buses will run 3 hours prior to kickoff and for 2 hours after the game. A parking map with shuttle bus route can be found here.
Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is not permitted inside TDECU Stadium. Designated smoking areas are located by entrance gate 3 and gate 4.
SOLICITATIONS, GIVEAWAYS AND SPONSORSHIPS
No items may be distributed in or around TDECU Stadium, including tailgate areas, without prior consent from the University of Houston Department of Intercollegiate Athletics and IMG College. To obtain consent, or for information on stadium and radio broadcast sponsorships, please contact IMG College at 713-743-1446.
Solicitation and literature distribution is only allowed with prior approval through Houston IMG Sports Network, 713-743-1446.
Strollers are permitted at TDECU Stadium. However, their use cannot inhibit guest movement or block any aisles. Strollers can be left at guest service upon entry and retrieved after the game on your way out.
All UH Students are admitted FREE to regular season football home games. Each student must swipe a valid Cougar Card at the ICON Gate 2 on the south east side of TDECU Stadium for admission. Tickets are not needed.
Where to Sit: Sections 132 through section 140 are designated for student seating. All student sections are general admission. Admission is first-come, first-served and based on availability.
Student Guest Tickets: Each currently enrolled student at the central campus may purchase a limited number of guest tickets at a discounted price for all regular season home football games. Student guest tickets must be purchased IN PERSON with your valid Cougar Card, beginning each Monday of game week at the Houston Athletics Ticket Office, or on game-day at the south east side ticket windows by gate 2, if tickets are still available. All student sections are general admission and based on availability.
UH Satellite Campus Students: Satellite campus students can purchase a student ticket for themselves and a limited number of guest tickets at the student guest rate on the day of the game only. For football, UH satellite campus students can purchase tickets at the south east side ticket windows by gate 2 at TDECU Stadium, if tickets are still available on the day of game, and must show a valid student ID to receive a ticket.
Postseason Events: Cougar Cards are NOT valid for admission to postseason related events, but IDs are required to purchase tickets if a student rate is available. For student ticket information on a specific championship or postseason event please call the ticket office at 713-GO-COOGS.

Group tailgating opportunities include two areas around TDECU Stadium.
Shasta Square includes the premiere turn-key group tailgating area. Located on the east side of the stadium along Cullen Blvd., packages include tent, tables, chairs, setup and tear down along with a wide variety of catering options provided by UH Sports and Entertainment.Outside food and beverage is not permitted in Shasta Square.

CougaRVillage RV and Oversize Vehicle (Bus/Trailers/Cookers/Smokers)
The tailgating area for RV's, oversize vehicles, or vehicles pulling oversize cookers/smokers is located in the parking lot in the northwest corner of the stadium off of Holman St. Access to this area is available to Cougar Pride members at the Coach's Club ($2,500-$4,999) level and above. Space will be allotted based on the Cougar Pride Priority Point System and sold on a seasonal basis for $1,000 per vehicle.

TEXAS HIGH SCHOOL COACH TICKETS
Texas High School Coaches can receive 1 complimentary ticket for themselves and 1 additional for a guest, based upon availability. THSCA members can call the football office at 713-743-9388 in advance to request their name to be added to the list for a particular game(s). Should there still be availability on the list for that game(s), Texas High School coaches will be instructed to go to the Will Call booth at Gate 3 starting 90 minutes prior to kickoff and show their THSCA card to receive the complimentary ticket on game day. Any coach without the THSCA card on game day will not be admitted.

Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Hours may be extended to accommodate the needs of specific events. Guests are required to possess their ticket, at all times, once they enter the stadium. Guests must show their ticket to any stadium staff member when requested to do so. Failure to produce a valid game day ticket may result in ejection from the stadium.
For Cougars games, children under the age of three (3) years old do not need a ticket to enter TDECU Stadium. They must be seated on an adult's lap and not interfere with the sightlines of other guests.

Lost or Stolen Tickets - In case of lost or stolen tickets, please contact the Ticket Office at 713-GO-COOGS as soon as you recognize that the tickets are missing. On game day, please go to any TDECU Stadium box office. Patrons will be required to show their photo id, confirmation number (if available) and credit card, if applicable, that was used to purchase the ticket(s). Stolen tickets should always be reported to the local law enforcement agency first.

TDECU Stadium ticket sales windows will open 5 hours prior to kick off on game days. Advance ticket sales are made through the Athletics Ticket Office by calling 713-GO-COOGS, online at UHCougars.com, or at the Athletic Ticket Office by Gate 1 of TDECU stadium.

UHAA Party on the Plaza
Join the UHAA for its Party on the Plaza before each home game in front of the Athletics/Alumni Center. Starting three hours before game time and ending 45 minutes prior to kickoff, the Party on the Plaza features live music, food and drinks in a festive atmosphere. Umbrellas are not allowed inside TDECU stadium and are listed on the prohibited items list.
VISITING TEAM PASS GATE
The visiting team pass gate is located on the southwest corner of TDECU stadium at Gate 3. The pass gate will open 90 minutes prior to kick off. A photo ID will be required to receive the tickets.
General Will Call is for customers who have purchased in advance and requested their tickets to be left at Will Call. Customers may pick up Will Call tickets any time in advance at the Athletics Ticket Office during normal business hours or on game day starting 5 hours prior to kick off. All auxiliary ticket booths will open 90 minutes prior to kickoff and fans who have tickets waiting at will call can pick them up at any stadium ticket booth. A photo ID will be required to receive the tickets.
