Handicap Parking - Garage (Visitor Entrance) - Handicap parking is available on the first level of the TDECU Stadium parking garage. Entry into the garage requires a valid handicap decal or hangtag. The charge to park on this level is $10, unless you have a Cougar Pride parking pass from any other donor lot. You can access Holman Street from Scott Street
Hearing Impaired Devices - Devices for hearing impaired fans are available for check out at Guest Service locations located at the Northeast corner adjacent to Gate 1 (across from section 136) and the Southwest corner adjacent to Gate 3 of the stadium (across from section 118).

The University of Houston and The Department of Intercollegiate Athletics work hard to promote responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages. Outside alcohol is prohibited. However, beer, wine and liquor are sold at concession stands or portable stands throughout the concourses. All alcohol sales conclude at the beginning of the fourth quarter for the general public areas of the stadium. Alcohol will be served in the club and suite levels until the conclusion of the game.
Animals are not permitted inside of TDECU Stadium with the exception of service animals and service animals in training.
ATMs are located at Gate 1 and ICON Gate 2.

BABY CHANGING AREAS
Baby changing stations are located in some restrooms in the stadium.
For security purposes, backpacks and large bags are not permitted in TDECU Stadium. Purses, small handbags, diaper bags, etc. will be permitted. All bags are subject to search.
BALL RETURN POLICY
Footballs that enter the seating area must be returned to the field.
BANNERS AND SIGNS
Event related signs, flags, banners, and posters are welcome inside the facility to show fan support during events.
The following guidelines relate to these items
· Must be relevant to event
· May not be larger than 4 feet tall and 8 feet wide
· May not contain commercial messages, logos or political endorsements
· May not be attached to a stick/pole
· May not obstruct any stadium or event signage
· May not contain or display obscene or offensive language and/or pictures as determined by TDECU Stadium management
· May not be constructed or displayed in a manner that may obstruct the view of other guests or in any way create a safety hazard for others as determined by TDECU Stadium
Any sign, flag, banner or poster may be removed, at any time, at the sole discretion of the TDECU Stadium management.
Outside food or drink, including bottled water, and/or cans and glass bottles are strictly prohibited.
Cameras are permitted inside TDECU Stadium as long as their use does not interfere with the game or other guests' enjoyment of the event. Pictures of the game are for personal use only and may not be sold. Tri-pods, mono-pods, multiple lenses and lenses longer than 8 inches are prohibited from use on the concourse or in the stands. Video cameras and video recording of events are prohibited.
Children age two (2) years and under will get in free of charge, but must sit in the lap of a parent or guardian and may not occupy a seat or obstruct the sightlines of other guests.
CODE OF CONDUCT
The University of Houston Department of Intercollegiate Athletics is committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for our guests. Our staff will proactively support an environment free from the following behaviors:
Intoxication or other signs of impairment related to alcohol consumption
Behavior that is reckless, dangerous, materially disruptive or illegal in nature
Fighting, taunting or threatening remarks or gestures
Sitting in a location other than the guests ticketed seat
Any material disruption to the progress of the event by guest's actions (including entering the field of play or throwing objects onto the field)
Failing to follow instructions of stadium personnel or law enforcement officers.
Verbal or physical harassment of the opposing team's players or fans, field officials, or stadium personnel
Continuing inappropriate behavior may result in the guest being ejected, arrested by police, or having his/her tickets revoked. All Season Ticket Members are responsible for their conduct as well as the conduct of their guests and/or persons using their tickets. Fans who sees someone violating the code of conduct may text TDECU followed by your message to 69050.
Aramark is the official concessionaire for TDECU Stadium. Concession stands as well as portable carts are located throughout the stadium on the concourse level.
CONCESSION DISCOUNTS FOR SEASON TICKET MEMBERS
Houston season ticket holders will be able to experience discounts at concession stands throughout TDECU Stadium thanks to a partnership with concessionaire provider Aramark. Discounts on specific items will be presented to season ticket holders who show their cards, and discounts will be clearly marked on menus throughout the stadium.
Fans can line up to take part in the Cougar Walk two hours prior to kickoff. Led by Head Coach Tom Herman and the accompaniment of the Spirit of Houston, the team will be dropped off on Cullen Boulevard by entrance 14 and make their way to the cougar statue and on past the UHAA Party on the Plaza and Shasta Square Student Tailgate into the locker room.
CUBS ZONE KIDS CONCESSION
Located on the west side of the stadium under the Memorial Hermann Family Plan sections, the Cub Zone concession stand at section 120 will provide specially priced and sized concession items for kids 12 and under with kid-friendly counter heights.

Drones or Remote Controlled Model Aircraft (RCMA) are strictly prohibited in or around TDECU Stadium on game day. The FAA restricts the use of drones or RCMAs within three miles around and 3,000 feet in altitude above the stadium.
To access the 200 and 300 level seating in the stadium, spectators can use the elevator in the northeast corner by Gate 1 and Section 133. There are additional elevators on the south side at the club level that provide access to the suite level, press box level and ADA access to the 300 level seating on the south side. There is an additional ADA accessible elevator to get from the lower concourse to the upper concourse by entrance gate 2.
Should you need immediate assistance, please notify the nearest event staff member, security personnel or police officer. Guest are encouraged to report issues and concerns to a nearby event staff member. In the event of a serious emergency at TDECU Stadium, all event staff, event security, police and Houston Public Safety emergency response agencies are ready and available to assist all guests. Pertinent information regarding the emergency situation and evacuation procedures will be provided over the public address system and stadium televisions and scoreboards.
There are six guest entrances to TDECU Stadium. The locations are as follows:

Gate 1: Northeast corner of the stadium at Legends Plaza, - All guests.
ICON Gate 2: Southeast corner of stadium. - All guests, Student Entrance.
Beth and Dan Bellow Club entrance: South side of stadium. - Club, Suite level and south side loge box members. ADA elevator access.
Gate 3: Southwest side of the stadium. - All guests, Houston recruits and HS coaches.
Gate 4: North side of the stadium. - All guests, UH Player guest, Visiting team player guest and media will call.
The UH Team Shop is the official outfitter of Houston Athletics. Two Team Shops are located inside of the stadium near sections 136 and 118 on the lower concourse and a third location on the upper concourse in the southeast corner of TDECU Stadium. The main shop is located on the first floor of the TDECU Stadium parking garage. Store hours are 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday through Friday, and will be open during home football games with extended hours till one hour following the game. The UH Team Shop is operated by Fanatics. First Aid stations are located in the Southwest corner by section 118, the Northeast corner by section 136, the Southeast corner by section 102, and the east side of the stadium by section 139. EMS personnel will be located throughout the stadium.
In partnership with Aramark, Houston Athletics will add food trucks on Cullen Boulevard in Shasta Square prior to each home game. Fans should keep an eye out on @UHCougars on Twitter for the announcement of each home game's trucks.
GATE OPENING TIMES
TDECU Stadium will open two (2) hours prior to the start of games for the general public and students.

GUEST ASSIST MESSAGING SYSTEM
To address in-stadium problems, questions, and/or concerns please text the word TDECU to 69050. Include in the message the incident type and details, along with your location/section so that we may assist. Incident types may include maintenance/housekeeping, unruly guests, medical emergency, or general stadium questions.
The University of Houston Department of Intercollegiate Athletics strives to ensure a positive game day experience for all fans. While inside the stadium, Guest Services desks are available to assist you with any questions or concerns. Guest Services desks are located at the Northeast corner adjacent to Gate 1 (across from section 136) and the Southwest corner adjacent to Gate 3 of the stadium (across from section 118).
Located outside Gate 1 of TDECU Stadium on the stadium's northeast corner, Legends Plaza is anchored by a statue of Coach Bill Yeoman, Houston's Hall of Fame coach. The area also contains a bronze Cougar statue honoring the Brezina Boys and panels notating Houston's football history throughout the years.
LOST AND FOUND
All Guests needing to claim or report lost items during an event should visit the guest services desks by Gate 1 and 3 (across from sections 118 and 136). At the end of each event, all unclaimed items will be turned in to security (UHPD). Guests must present valid photo identification and sign a receipt in order to claim lost items. The University of Houston Department of Intercollegiate Athletics cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items.
LOST CHILDREN AND GUESTS
Lost children and guests should be taken to any police officer or event staff personnel for assistance.
METRO RAIL PURPLE LINE
The Metro Rail Purple Line is now operational including a stop just outside Gate 3 on the west end of TDECU Stadium. Houston fans can enjoy the ease of travel on the 6.6-mile Purple Line which begins downtown and travels southeast along Capitol and Rusk to the Palm Center near MLK and Griggs.
All fans and students attending Houston games at TDECU Stadium can ride for free on all home game days. All University of Houston faculty and staff along with UH students and fans can ride for free all day on Thursday, Sept. 29, and Thursday, Nov. 17, to help alleviate heavy traffic expected for Thursday night home games. Guests of University of Houston student-athletes may pick up tickets at the ticket booth located at Gate 4 beginning two (2) hours prior to kickoff. Per NCAA rules, each person receiving a ticket must be present with a photo ID in order to sign for tickets. Guests of players are required to enter the stadium when they receive their ticket and must follow stadium policies regarding no re-entry.
Programs are sold for $5 at all entrance gates and throughout the stadium.
In conjunction with the NCAA and for the safety of our guests and employees, the following are prohibited:
Animals (except service animals to aid guests with disabilities)
Cameras with lenses larger than 8 inches
Coolers/Bottles/Cans and Thermoses
Firearms and weapons of any kind
Fireworks, open flames or flammables
Metal or glass containers of any kind
Personal transport devices (skateboards/hover boards/segways)

Any attempt to bring prohibited items into the stadium will be considered a violation of the Code of Conduct and may result in the guest being ejected, arrested or tickets being revoked. All persons and/or their belongings are subject to search. Violators of the rules of any State or City laws will be refused admission, asked to leave or ejected from stadium property. *Exceptions will be made for those with medical requirements and/or special needs.
Smoking, including e-cigarettes (the University of Houston is a Tobacco Free Campus)
Abusive, foul or disruptive language
Trespassing, soliciting, peddling and loitering
Any other item or action deemed dangerous or inappropriate
Guests who appear to be inebriated and unmanageable will not be permitted admittance into the stadium.

University of Houston football games would only be delayed for lightning or other emergency conditions. Information regarding delays will be given in the stadium. Fans should also follow @UHCougars on twitter for updates.
There is a NO re-entry policy in effect for TDECU Stadium. Once a guest exits the stadium, they will not be allowed back in for the remainder of the event.
Public restrooms are conveniently located throughout TDECU stadium. All restrooms are accessible to our guests with disabilities.
CougaRVillage RV and Oversize Vehicle (Bus/Trailers/Cookers/Smokers) The tailgating area for donor RVs, oversize vehicles, or vehicles pulling oversize cookers/smokers is located in the parking lot in the northwest corner of the stadium off of Holman St. Access to this area is available to Cougar Pride members at the Coach's Club ($2,500-$4,999) level and above. Space will be allotted based on the Cougar Pride Priority Point System and sold on a seasonal basis for $1,000 per vehicle.
Non-Cougar Pride Members wishing to bring an RV to the game are directed to the cash parking lots on the east side of campus and can park for a $30 charge.
SEE SOMETHING, SAY SOMETHING
In an effort to ensure the safety of our fans on game day, we are asking all spectators to notify UH Police Department, event staff personnel or Athletics Department Staff immediately if you see anything out of the ordinary while on campus or in TDECU Stadium. The University of Houston Department of Intercollegiate Athletics' Shasta Square provides an exciting pregame destination for Houston Football fans. The pregame zone is located on the east end of TDECU Stadium with easy access to Gate 1 and Icon Gate 2, located on the northeast and southeast corners of the stadium, respectively. SHASTA SQUARE KIDS ZONE
The Shasta Square Kids Zone located in the Shasta Square tailgate area located outside of the stadium on the North side between Gate 1 and Gate 4. It opens two hours prior to kickoff each game day. All children 13 years and under can enjoy face painting, games, moon walk and interaction with UH student-athletes.
SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE
Shuttle bus service will be provided on game day to assist spectators to the stadium. There will be two shuttle routes servicing both the east side of campus as well as the north end. The pickup location prior to the game for the east side is located on University Dr. by the Welcome Center. Spectators will be dropped off on Cougar Place Dr. by the south side of the stadium.
Spectators can catch the bus back to their vehicle after the game at the Cougar Place Dr. location. There will be two shuttle stops on the north end route, one on Elgin Street by parking lot 16B, and the second after entrance 18 by the 18A lots. This shuttle will drop off and pick up at the corner of Cullen Boulevard and Holman Street. Shuttle buses will run 3 hours prior to kickoff and for 1 hour after the game. Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is not permitted inside TDECU Stadium. The University of Houston is a tobacco free campus.
SOLICITATIONS, GIVEAWAYS AND SPONSORSHIPS
No items may be distributed in or around TDECU Stadium, including tailgate areas, without prior consent from the University of Houston Department of Intercollegiate Athletics and IMG College. To obtain consent, or for information on stadium and radio broadcast sponsorships, please contact IMG College at 713-743-1446.
Strollers are permitted at TDECU Stadium. However, their use cannot inhibit guest movement or block any aisles. Strollers can be left at the guest service booth adjacent to Gate 1 across from Section 136 and Gate 3 upon entry and retrieved after the game on your way out.
All UH Full-time Central Campus Students are admitted FREE to regular season football home games. Each student must swipe a valid Cougar Card at the ICON Gate 2 on the southeast side of TDECU Stadium for admission.
Where to Sit: Sections 132 through section 140 are designated for student seating. All student sections are general admission. Admission is first-come, first-served and based on availability.
Student Guest Tickets: Each currently enrolled student at the Central Campus may purchase a limited number of guest tickets at a discounted price for all regular season home football games. Student guest tickets must be purchased IN PERSON with your valid Cougar Card, beginning each Monday of game week at the Houston Athletics Ticket Office, or on game day at the southeast side ticket windows by ICON gate 2, if tickets are still available. All student sections are general admission and based on availability.
UH Satellite Campus Students: Satellite campus students can purchase a student ticket for themselves and a limited number of guest tickets at the student guest rate on the day of the game only. For football, UH satellite campus students can purchase tickets at the southeast side ticket windows by ICON gate 2 at TDECU Stadium, if tickets are still available on the day of game, and must show a valid student ID to receive a ticket.
Postseason Events: Cougar Cards are NOT valid for admission to postseason events, but IDs are required to purchase tickets if a student rate is available. Texas High School Coaches can receive one (1) complimentary ticket for themselves and one (1) additional for a guest, based upon availability. Should there still be availability on the list for that game(s), Texas High School coaches will be instructed to go to the ticket booth at Gate 3 starting two (2) hours prior to kickoff and show their THSCA card to receive the complimentary ticket on game day. Any coach without the THSCA card on game day will not be admitted.

For Cougars games, children under the age of two (2) years and under are admitted free of charge to TDECU Stadium. They must be seated on an adult's lap and not interfere with the sight lines of other guests.

No refunds or exchanges are permitted. Refunds will not be granted due to a game date or time changes. Check uhcougars.com for up to date game information. All tickets should be treated like cash. The Houston Athletics Ticket Office is not responsible for any tickets that are lost/stolen. Please stop by the ticket office on the east side of the stadium if you have lost your ticket to have a new ticket printed for a $10 re-print fee.
Lost or Stolen Tickets - In case of lost or stolen tickets, please contact the Houston Athletics Ticket Office at 713-GO-COOGS as soon as you recognize that the tickets are missing. On game day, please go to the TDECU Stadium box office adjacent to gate 1. Patrons will be required to show their photo id, confirmation number (if available) and credit card, if applicable, that was used to purchase the ticket(s). Stolen tickets should always be reported to the local law enforcement agency first.
TICKET SALES WINDOWS
TDECU Stadium ticket sales windows will open 5 hours prior to kick off on game days. Advance ticket sales are made through the Houston Athletics Ticket Office by calling 713-GO-COOGS, online at UHCougars.com, or at the Houston Athletics Ticket Office by Gate 1 of TDECU stadium.
TOBACCO FREE CAMPUS
In conjunction with the University of Houston's tobacco-free campus initiative, smoking, including electronic cigarettes, will no longer be allowed on the grounds of TDECU Stadium. For more information on a tobacco free campus, please click here.
With the addition of the Metro Purple Line, fans are encouraged to select the best route of travel to Houston Football games and should expect potential delays on Scott Street with multiple light rail crossings. Suggested directions for each game day lot can be found here,and Houston Athletics highly encourages the use of the directions to ensure an efficient drive in. UHAA Party on the Plaza
The popular UHAA Party on the Plaza is moving south to Shasta Square, just outside Gate 1 of TDECU Stadium. Party on the Plaza is the official University of Houston Alumni Association tailgate party held four hours before every Houston Cougars home football game. Umbrellas are strictly prohibited inside TDECU stadium and are listed on the prohibited items list.
VIDEO BOARD CLOSED CAPTIONING
To provide the best fan experience to every Houston fan, closed captioning is provided on the TDECU Stadium video boards.
VISITING TEAM PASS GATE
The visiting team pass gate is located on the north side of TDECU stadium at Gate 4. The pass gate will open 2 (two) hours prior to kick off. A photo ID will be required to receive the tickets.
Large water monsters are located along the concourse of TDECU Stadium to provide free water. Tap water is also available at TDECU Stadium concessions.
Boingo Wireless is the official Internet provider for TDECU Stadium. Boingo's Distributed Antenna System (DAS) network, which will provide fast, reliable cellular coverage and data capacity throughout the 40,000-seat TDECU Stadium, will be leveraged by T-Mobile this season. Through its access contract, T-Mobile will extend TDECU Stadium cellular access to subscribers, as part of its existing mobile data plans. Boingo's DAS networks feature a neutral host design to support multiple carriers, ensuring maximum coverage for Houston fans.
General Will Call is for customers who have purchased in advance and requested their tickets to be left at Will Call. Customers may pick up Will Call tickets in advance during the hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Houston Athletics Ticket Office adjacent to gate 1 during normal business hours or on game day starting 5 hours prior to kick off. A photo ID will be required to receive the tickets.
