Please observe the following directives governing the issuance of complimentary admissions.

• Maximum of Four
• An institution may provide a maximum of four complimentary admissions per home or away contest to a student-athlete in the sport in which the individual participates

• Pass List Only
• Complimentary admissions may be provided only through a pass list for individuals designated by the student-athlete. Name changes by anyone other than the student-athlete is not permitted.

• Use of Teammates' Admissions
• It is permissible for a student-athlete to utilize his/her complimentary admissions for the friends or relatives of a teammate.

• It is impermissible for a student-athlete to receive payment from any source for his/her complimentary admissions and may not exchange or assign them any value.

• It is impermissible for individuals a student-athlete names on the pass list to receive payment for these admissions or to exchange or assign them for any item of value.
• Receipt of payment for complimentary admission by such designated individuals is prohibited and considered an extra benefit not available to the general student body WHICH WOULD RENDER THE STUDENT-ATHLETE INELIGIBLE FOR PARTICIPATION IN INTERCOLLEGIATE ATHLETICS

• It is impermissible for an institution to provide a special arrangement to sell a student-athlete ticket(s) to an athletics event.
• Tickets shall be available for purchase by student-athletes according to the same purchasing procedures used for other students.

• It is impermissible for a student-athlete to purchase tickets for an athletics contest from the institution and then sell the tickets at a price greater than their face value.

• It is impermissible for an institution or any representatives of the institution's athletics interest (i.e., boosters) to purchase or otherwise obtain tickets to a professional sports contest and make these tickets available to student-athletes.
• Such a gift would constitute an unacceptable extra benefit WHICH WOULD RENDER THE STUDENT-ATHLETE INELIGIBLE FOR PARTICIPATION IN INTERCOLLEGIATE ATHLETICS

• It is impermissible for student-athletes to receive the "free" tickets which are available to all other UH students.
• The four complimentary admissions provided by the athletics department are the maximum number allowed by NCAA rules.

I also acknowledge violating the aforementioned rules and procedures shall affect my eligibility, and I agree to adhere to all NCAA rules and University of Houston policies relative to complimentary admissions.
