ALCOHOL
Alcohol is listed on the prohibited items list. However, beer is sold at most concession stands and there are portable stands that sell beer throughout the concourses. All beer sales conclude at the end of the third quarter.
ANIMALS
Animals are not permitted at Robertson Stadium with the exception of service animals and service animals in training.
ATMs
ATMs are located inside Robertson Stadium at Gate 1, 7 and Gate 10.

BABY CHANGING AREAS
Baby changing stations are located in every restroom in the stadium.
BAG SEARCH
All bags are subject to search upon entry and are subject to additional searches within Robertson Stadium. This policy is in effect for all guests of Houston athletics.
BALL RETURN POLICY
Footballs that enter the seating area must be returned to the field.
BANNERS AND SIGNS
Banners and signs must be event-related, in good taste and cannot obstruct the view of other spectators. They may not contain commercial messages, logos or political endorsements. All signs held by spectators must be no larger than 3 feet tall by 3 feet wide. All banners and signs that are to be hung must not be larger than 3 feet tall and 8 feet long. Any spectators wishing to hang banners should do so with rope, twine or plastic ties. No taping permitted.
BOTTLES/CANS/OUTSIDE BEVERAGES
No outside food or drink, including bottled water, and/or cans and glass bottles are allowed.
CAMERAS
Cameras (still only) are permitted inside Robertson Stadium as long as their use does not interfere with the game or other guests' enjoyment of the event. Pictures of the game are for personal use only and may not be sold. Tri-pods and mono-pods are prohibited from use on the concourse or in the stands. Video cameras and video recording of events are prohibited.
CHILDREN
Children age three (3) years and older must have a ticket to enter Robertson Stadium. Children under three must sit in the lap of a parent or guardian and may not occupy a seat or obstruct the sightlines of other guests.
CLUB 14 KIDS ZONE
This Kid Zone is located inside Gate 14, of Robertson Stadium. Club 14 opens one hour prior to kickoff and remains open through halftime. It is open to children 13 years and under.
COACH'S CLUB TENT
Located inside Gate 7, the Coach's Club Tent opens 2 hours before kickoff and remains open throughout the duration of the game. Entry is available to Cougar Pride Coach's Club members and IMG College sponsors with a pre-issued Access Pass and a valid game ticket. Food and drink (available until the end of the 3rd Quarter) must be purchased and consumed inside the tent. The University of Houston and the Fire Marshal hold the right to refuse entry if capacity has been reached at any time, including inclement weather. Additionally, Houston Athletics and IMG College reserve the right to confiscate any Access Pass if it is used improperly or if the pass holder acts irresponsibly.
CODE OF CONDUCT
The University of Houston Department of Intercollegiate Athletics is committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for our guests. Our staff will proactively support an environment free from the following behaviors:
• Abusive, foul or disruptive language and obscene gestures
• Intoxication or other signs of impairment related to alcohol consumption
• Fighting, taunting or threatening remarks or gestures
• Sitting in a location other than the guests ticketed seat
• Displays of affection not appropriate in a public setting
• Obscene or indecent clothing
• Any disruption to the progress of the event by guest's actions
Continuing inappropriate behavior may result in the guest being ejected, arrested by police, or having his/her tickets revoked. All Season Ticket Holders are responsible for their conduct as well as the conduct of their guests and/or persons using their tickets.
CONCESSIONS
Aramark is the official concessionaire for Robertson Stadium. The locations at Gates 1, 7, 8 and 14, as well as the portable concession stands that are cash only. Credit cards are accepted at the concession stands upper and lower stands located across from Gate 4 and Gate 11.

COUGAR KIDS ZONE
Cougar Pride sponsors the Cougar Kids Zone located in Tailgate Village outside of Gate 7. It opens each gameday, two hours prior to kickoff. All children 13 years and under can enjoy face painting, games, moon walk and interaction with UH student-athletes.
COUGAR WALK
Two hours before kickoff on the west side of Robertson Stadium, fans can line up to take part in the Cougar Walk. Led by the band and spirit squads, head coach Tony Levine will escort the Cougars off the buses and into the stadium.
CREDIT CARDS
Currently, credit cards are accepted at the upper and lower east and west concession stands and the merchandise stands at gates 1, 7, and 8.

ELEVATORS
There are elevators on both the east and west sides with access to both suite levels and the press box (press box is on west side) of Robertson Stadium for those suite ticket holders and credentialed media.
EMERGENCIES
Should you need immediate assistance, please notify the nearest event staff member, security personnel or police officer.
In the event of a serious emergency at Robertson Stadium, all event staff, event security, police and Houston Public Safety emergency response agencies are ready and available to assist all guests, including guests with disabilities. Pertinent information regarding the emergency situation and evacuation procedures will be provided over the public address system and stadium televisions and scoreboards.

There are nine guest entrances to Robertson Stadium. The locations are as follows:

Gate 12: East side of the stadium. Visiting team player guest and will call.
FAMILY/SPECIAL NEEDS RESTROOMS
Family and special needs restrooms are located at the concession stands inside gates 1, 7, and 8, and at the stadium parking garage.
FAN SHOP
The UH Fan Shop is the official outfitter of Houston Athletics and the main shop is located on the first floor of the stadium parking garage. Store hours are M-F 8 a.m.-5 p.m. and will be open during home football games. Additional locations are available inside the stadium at Gates 1, 7 and 8. FIRST AID
A First Aid station is located at Gate 1 of Robertson Stadium. Guests needing medical assistance are encouraged to contact a nearby event staff or security staff member, who can assist in contacting the First Aid staff.
GAME DAY CENTRAL
Stop by the Game Day Central tent located inside Gates 1 and 8 to pick up all game day needs like posters and schedule cards.
GATE OPENING TIMES
Robertson Stadium will open one and a half (1 1/2) hours prior to the start of games for the general public and two hours for student seating and Cougar Pride Coach's Club members
GROUP SEATING
Houston Athletics offers special discounts for groups of 15 or more. If you are part of a company, church or other organization, we invite you to join us for a fun group outing at one of our home games. LOST AND FOUND
All Guests needing to claim or report lost items during an event should visit Lost and Found under the west side between Gates 1 and 2. Items found, but not claimed are taken to the University of Houston Police Department the week after the game. The University of Houston Department of Intercollegiate Athletics cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items.
LOST CHILDREN AND GUESTS
Lost children and guests should be taken to any police officer or event staff personnel at any of the gates.
MEDIA SERVICES
Credentials for accredited media agencies can be obtained by applying online at www.sportssystems.com/HoustonFootball. Requests for season credentials must be made two weeks prior to the start of the season and single-game requests must be submitted by Monday of the week of the game. UH offers press box and field photo passes as well as media parking. The working press box is located on the West side of Robertson Stadium and media parking is located in the stadium parking garage.
MEDIA WILL CALL
Media will call is located on the west side of the stadium by Gate 4 and will open 2 1/2 hours prior to kick off. Media members must have a photo ID to receive their credentials. Robertson Stadium's press box is located on the Scott St. side of the stadium. NOISE MAKING DEVICES
Artificial noise makers are strictly prohibited inside the stadium.
PARKING EXCHANGE
Cougar Pride members and season ticket holders can exchange parking passes for the 2012 football season. Please submit your ad to CougarPride@uh.edu, along with current contact information and it will be posted on this site within 48 hours.
PLAYER-GUEST (HOUSTON)
Guests of University of Houston student-athletes may pick up tickets at Gate 3 beginning one and a half hours prior to kickoff. Per NCAA rules, each person receiving a ticket must be present with a photo ID in order to for sign tickets. Guests of players are required to enter the stadium when they receive their ticket and must follow stadium policies regarding no re-entry.
PRESS BOX
The press box located on the west side suite level, Suite 9 (left from the elevators), is accessible by the west side stadium elevator. See media services for information regarding obtaining credentials and field access.
PROGRAMS
Programs are sold for $5 at the merchandise stands inside gates 1, 7, and 8 and also at various locations on the concourses.
PROHIBITED ITEMS AND BEHAVIOR
In conjunction with the NCAA and for the safety of our guests and employees, the following are prohibited:
• Smoking (except in designated areas)
• Alcohol
• Animals (except service animals to aid guests with disabilities)

• Umbrellas
• Fireworks, firearms and weapons of any kind
• Laser Pointers
• Noisemakers
• Video cameras and the use of video capable devices
• Ticket scalping
• Abusive, foul or disruptive language
• Throwing objects
• Trespassing, soliciting, peddling and loitering
• Any other item or action deemed dangerous or inappropriate
• Guests who appear to be inebriated and unmanageable will not be permitted admittance into the stadium.
Any attempt to bring alcohol into the stadium will be considered a violation of the Code of Conduct and may result in the guest being ejected, arrested or tickets being revoked. All persons and/or their belongings are subject to search. Violators of the rules of any State or City laws will be refused admission, asked to leave or ejected from stadium property. *Exceptions will be made for those with medical requirements and/or special needs.

RAIN DELAY
University of Houston games would only be delayed for lightning or other emergency conditions.
RE-ENTRY
There is a no re-entry policy in effect for Robertson Stadium. Once a guest exits the stadium, they will not be allowed back in for the remainder of the event.
RECRUIT/HIGH SCHOOL COACH TICKETS
University of Houston football recruits can receive more information about tickets by calling the football office at 713-743-9388.
Texas High School Coaches can receive 1 complimentary ticket for themselves and 1 additional for a guest, based upon availability. THSCA members can call the football office at 713-743-9388 in advance to request their name to be added to the list for a particular game(s). Should there still be availability on the list for that game(s), Texas High School coaches will be instructed to go to Gate 2 starting 90 minutes prior to kickoff and show their THSCA card to receive the complimentary ticket on gameday. Any coach without the THSCA card on gameday will not be admitted.
REFUND POLICY
No refunds, exchanges or cancellations are permitted unless we are unable to fill your order. Refunds will not be granted due to a game date or time changes.
All tickets should be treated like cash. The Houston Athletics Ticket Office is not responsible for any tickets that are lost. A fee will be assessed to you for any lost/stolen tickets, no exceptions. Duplicates will only be issued for reserved season tickets. General admission tickets will not be duplicated. The season ticket holder of record must be present to have duplicate tickets issued. No third parties will be issued duplicates for someone else's season tickets. Please contact the Ticket Office if you have any questions regarding lost or destroyed tickets.
RESTROOMS
Public restrooms are conveniently located throughout the stadium. All restrooms are accessible to our guests with disabilities.
SECURITY
Event staff personnel and security are located at each gate, provided by 5 Star Event Services.
SMOKING
Designated smoking areas are located in the grass areas in the corners of Gates 1 and 8. Smoking is not permitted in the stands or anywhere outside of the stated areas. Violators of this policy may be ejected from the stadium. All season ticket holders are responsible for their conduct as well as the conduct of their guests and/or persons using their tickets.
SOLICITATIONS, GIVEAWAYS AND SPONSORSHIPS
No items may be distributed in or around Robertson Stadium, including tailgate areas, without prior consent from the University of Houston Department of Intercollegiate Athletics and IMG College. To obtain consent, or for information on stadium and radio broadcast sponsorships, please contact IMG College at 713-743-1446.
Solicitation and literature distribution is only allowed with prior approval through Houston IMG Sports Network, 713-743-1446.
STADIUM LOCATION
Robertson Stadium is located on the campus of the University of Houston off either Cullen Boulevard or Scott Street, between Holman and Wheeler.
STROLLERS
Strollers are permitted at Robertson Stadium. However, their use cannot inhibit guest movement or block any aisles. Smaller, umbrella-style strollers can be stored underneath a seat as long as it does not create an obstruction for other guests.
STUDENT SEATING
All UH Students are admitted FREE to regular season football home games. Each student must present a valid Cougar Card at Gate 10 on the east side of Robertson Stadium for admission. Tickets are not needed.
Where to Sit: Sections 117-119, 217-219 & 209-216. All student sections are general admission. Admission is first-come, first-served and based on availability.
Student Guest Tickets: Each currently enrolled student at the central campus may purchase a limited number of guest tickets at a discounted price for all regular season home football games. Student guest tickets must be purchased IN PERSON with your valid Cougar Card, beginning each Monday of game week at the Houston Athletics Ticket Office, or on game-day at the east side ticket windows, if tickets are still available. All student sections are general admission and based on availability.
UH Satellite Campus Students: Satellite campus students can purchase a student ticket for themselves and a limited number of guest tickets at the student guest rate on the day of the game only. For football, UH satellite campus students can purchase tickets at the east side ticket windows at Robertson Stadium, if tickets are still available on the day of game, and must show a valid student ID to receive a ticket. NOTE: UH satellite campus students will be admitted FREE for "All UH Day" with their student ID.
Conference Championship/NCAA Postseason Events: Cougar Cards are NOT valid for admission to Conference Championship or NCAA postseason related events, but IDs are required to purchase tickets if a student rate is available. For student ticket information on a specific championship or postseason event please call the ticket office at 713-GO-COOGS.
TAILGATING
Packages include two tailgating parking passes, plastic table covers, two garbage cans and labor cost for setup and breakdown of the event. The reserved Cougar tailgating area is in the parking lot adjacent to the west side of Robertson Stadium.

Ticket Policy
Guests are required to possess their ticket, at all times, once they enter the stadium. Guests must show their ticket to any stadium staff member when requested to do so. Failure to produce a valid game day ticket may result in ejection from the stadium.
For Cougars games, children under the age of three (3) years old do not need a ticket to enter Robertson Stadium. They must be seated on an adult's lap and not interfere with the sightlines of other guests.

Ticket Replacement Policy (Lost or Stolen Tickets)
Please contact the Athletics Ticket Office at 713-GO-COOGS (462-6647) as soon as possible if you discover that your season tickets have been lost or stolen. It is recommended that you contact the ticket office prior to game day.
Ticket Window Locations
Ticket windows are located at Gates 4 and 11 at Robertson Stadium and open 2 and ½ hours prior to kick-off. All major credit cards and cash are accepted. To purchase tickets prior to gameday please see the Advance Ticket Purchase section.
UMBRELLAS
Umbrellas are not allowed inside the stadium and are listed on the prohibited items list.

VISITING TEAM / PLAYER GUEST WILL CALL
The visiting team player guest and will call is located at Gate 12 of Robertson Stadium. Guests will be admitted when the gates open one and a half hours prior to kickoff. The visiting team may distribute tickets prior to this time, but that is the decision of each visiting institution. If you are receiving tickets through the visiting team and have questions, you should contact that institution prior to game day.
VISITING TEAM PASS GATE
The visiting team pass gate is located on the northeast side of the stadium at Gate 12. The pass gate will open 90 minutes prior to kick off. A photo ID will be required to receive the tickets.
VISITING TEAM WILL CALL
The visiting team Will Call is also located on the northeast side of the stadium at Gate 12. It will open 90 minutes prior to kick off. A photo ID will be required to receive Will Call tickets.
WATER BOTTLES
Houston Athletics permits fans to carry one unopened 20-ounce bottle of water into the stadium.
WILL CALL
General Will Call is for customers who have purchased in advance and requested their tickets to be left at Will Call. Customers may pick up Will Call tickets any time in advance at the Athletics Ticket Office during normal business hours or at Robertson Stadium on game day. Robertson Stadium general Will Call is located between Gates 9 and 10 on the northeast side of the stadium and will open 2 1/2 hours prior to kick off. A photo ID will be required to receive the tickets.
