Entrances: Disabled patrons can enter at any public entrance.
Seating areas: Hofheinz Pavilion has disability seating in Suite 14, Suite 15 and Suite 16.
Garage (Entrance 3): Disabled parking (free) with Cougar Pride parking permit and valid disabled decal in Lot 15B at the corner of Cullen Boulevard and Holman Street. Cash parking ($5) with valid disabled decal. Enter off Holman Street. You can access Holman Street from Scott Street or Cullen Boulevard. Game day parking is available with valid disabled decal. Overflow parking is available in the middle entrance of the football parking garage.
Hofheinz Pavilion is located on the campus of the University of Houston off either Cullen Boulevard or Scott Street, between Elgin and Holman. The exact address is 3875 Holman St., Houston, TX 77004
ADVANCE TICKET PURCHASE
Fans can purchase tickets by calling 713-GO-COOGS (462-6647), by visiting the Athletics Tickets Office on the first floor of the Athletics/Alumni Center from 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday through Friday, or purchase online 24/7 by visiting UHCougars.com.
Alcohol is on the prohibited items list. However, beer is sold at most concession stands. All beer sales conclude at the end of the third quarter.
Animals are not permitted inside Hofheinz Pavilion with the exception of service animals and service animals in training.
ATMs are located inside Hofheinz Pavilion on the concourse level behind Section 105.

BABY CHANGING AREAS
Baby changing stations are located in every restroom in the arena.
All bags are subject to search upon entry and are subject to additional searches within Hofheinz Pavilion. This policy is in effect for all guests of Houston Athletics.
BANNERS AND SIGNS
Banners and signs must be event-related, in good taste and cannot obstruct the view of other spectators. They may not contain commercial messages, logos or political endorsements. All signs held by spectators must be no larger than 3 feet tall by 3 feet wide. All banners and signs that are to be hung must not be larger than 3 feet tall and 8 feet long. Any spectators wishing to hang banners should do so with rope, twine or plastic ties. No taping permitted.
No outside food or drink, including bottled water, and/or cans and glass bottles are allowed.
Cameras (still only) are permitted inside Hofheinz Pavilion as long as their use does not interfere with the game or other guests' enjoyment of the event. Pictures of the game are for personal use only and may not be sold. Tri-pods and mono-pods are prohibited from use on the concourse or in the stands. Video cameras and video recording of events are prohibited.
Children age three (3) years and older must have a ticket to enter Hofheinz Pavilion. Children under three must sit in the lap of a parent or guardian and may not occupy a seat or obstruct the sightlines of other guests.
CODE OF CONDUCT
The University of Houston Department of Intercollegiate Athletics is committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for our guests. Our staff will proactively support an environment free from the following behaviors:
Abusive, foul or disruptive language and obscene gestures
Intoxication or other signs of impairment related to alcohol consumption
Fighting, taunting or threatening remarks or gestures
Sitting in a location other than the guests ticketed seat
Displays of affection not appropriate in a public setting
Obscene or indecent clothing
Any disruption to the progress of the event by guest's actions
Continuing inappropriate behavior may result in the guest being ejected, arrested by police, or having his/her tickets revoked. All season-ticket holders are responsible for their conduct as well as the conduct of their guests and/or persons using their tickets.
Aramark is the official concessionaire for Hofheinz Pavilion. Concession locations are located around the concourse level.
Credit cards are accepted at the concession stands and the merchandise stands.
DIRECTOR'S CLUB ROOM
Located on the concourse level behind Section 127, the Director's Club opens 90 minutes-2 hours before tip-off and remains open through halftime. Entry is available to Director's Club members, floor-seat holders and IMG College sponsors with a pre-issued Access Pass and a valid game ticket. Food and drink (available until the end of halftime) must be purchased and consumed inside the room. The University of Houston and the Fire Marshal hold the right to refuse entry if capacity has been reached at any time, including inclement weather. Additionally, Houston Athletics and IMG College reserve the right to confiscate any Access Pass if it is used improperly or if the pass holder acts irresponsibly.

Should you need immediate assistance, please notify the nearest event staff member, security personnel or police officer.
In the event of a serious emergency at Hofheinz Pavilion, all event staff, event security, police and Houston Public Safety emergency response agencies are ready and available to assist all guests, including guests with disabilities. Pertinent information regarding the emergency situation and evacuation procedures will be provided over the public address system and arena televisions and scoreboards.
There are two guest entrances to Hofheinz Pavilion. The locations are as follows:
Cullen Boulevard side of Hofheinz Pavilion
Holman Street side of Hofheinz Pavilion
The UH Fan Shop is the official outfitter of Houston Athletics, and the merchandise stand is located on the concourse level behind Section 126. The UH Fan Shop is operated by Barnes and Nobles. Order gear online here.
A First Aid station is located in Suite 1 of Hofheinz Pavilion. Guests needing medical assistance are encouraged to contact a nearby event staff or security staff member, who can assist in contacting the First Aid staff.
GAME DAY CENTRAL
Stop by Game Day Central located at the Holman Street entrance behind Section 107 to pick up all game day needs like posters and schedule cards.
GATE OPENING TIMES
Hofheinz Pavilion will open 90 minutes prior to the start of games for the general public, student seating and Cougar Pride Coach's Club members.
Houston Athletics offers special discounts for groups of 15 or more. If you are part of a company, church or other organization, we invite you to join us for a fun group outing at one of our home games. Group ticket prices are available for most regular-season home events. Some restrictions may apply.
LOST AND FOUND
All Guests needing to claim or report lost items during an event should visit Lost and Found in Suite 1. Items found but not claimed are taken to the University of Houston Police Department the week after the game. The University of Houston Department of Intercollegiate Athletics cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items.
LOST CHILDREN AND GUESTS
Lost children and guests should be taken to any police officer or event staff personnel throughout the arena.
Credentials for accredited media agencies can be obtained by applying with the Houston Athletics Communications Office. Requests for season credentials must be made two weeks prior to the start of the season, and single-game requests must be submitted two business days before the requested game. UH offers credentials as well as media parking. The working press box is located on the West side of Hofheinz Pavilion, while media parking is located in the Yellow Lot, across from the Moores School of Music.
MEDIA WILL CALL
Media Will Call is located at the complimentary admission tables on the Holman Street side of Hofheinz Pavilion and will open 90 minutes prior to tipoff. Media members must have a photo ID to receive their credentials. Hofheinz Pavilion's press seating is located on the Holman Street side of the arena.

NOISE MAKING DEVICES
Artificial noisemakers are strictly prohibited inside the arena.
Cash parking is available in the middle entrance of the Football Stadium parking garage for $10. Cash parking is available for $5 in Lot 16B/C, across from the Moores School of Music and near the intersection of Cullen Boulevard and Elgin Street.
Handicap accessible parking is $5 with an accessible hangtag and free with an accompanying Cougar Pride Priority Parking Pass. Handicap overflow is located in the Stadium Parking Garage with limited overflow spaces in Lot 15C.
Upon entrance to the lot, an attendant will tear the parking pass stub and return it. Please place the pass on the vehicle's dash after parking. For both Cougar Pride contributors as well as cash parking, please access the Stadium Parking Garage via the middle (Faculty/Staff Entrance) garage entrance. Cash parking is $10 at the parking garage entrance.
Please note that some 2013-14 home games are mid-week during the UH academic semesters. On game days, Cougar Pride acquires priority parking lots that are utilized during the day by UH faculty and staff from the UH Department of Parking and Transportation. Cougar Pride will always do its best to clear the lots as efficiently as possible prior to fans' arrivals. In the event that a named parking space is occupied, Cougar Pride will relocate to the next closest available parking space.
Cougar Pride and Houston Athletics do not own the parking on campus surrounding our athletics facilities. Due to the construction of the Metro rail system, the construction of the new Football stadium and other campus improvements, many parking spots have been lost from previous years. Cougar Pride and Houston Athletics administrators are doing all that is possible to minimize inconvenience for all Houston fans.
Guests of University of Houston student-athletes may pick up tickets at the complimentary admissions tables on the Holman Street side of Hofheinz Pavilion 90 minutes before tipoff. Per NCAA rules, each person receiving a ticket must be present with a photo ID in order to for sign tickets. Guests of players are required to enter the arena when they receive their ticket and must follow arena policies regarding no re-entry.
Press seating is located on the Holman Street side of Hofheinz Pavilion. See Media Services for information regarding obtaining credentials. Following games, a postgame press conference featuring the head coaches and student-athletes will be held in the Director's Club, located behind Section 128.
Programs are sold for $5 at the merchandise stands and also at various locations on the concourse.
PROHIBITED ITEMS AND BEHAVIOR
In conjunction with the NCAA and for the safety of our guests and employees, the following are prohibited:
Smoking (except in designated areas)
Animals (except service animals to aid guests with disabilities)
Fireworks, firearms and weapons of any kind
Video cameras and the use of video capable devices
Abusive, foul or disruptive language
Trespassing, soliciting, peddling and loitering
Any other item or action deemed dangerous or inappropriate
Guests who appear to be inebriated and unmanageable will not be permitted admittance into the arena.
Any attempt to bring alcohol into the stadium will be considered a violation of the Code of Conduct and may result in the guest being ejected, arrested or tickets being revoked. All persons and/or their belongings are subject to search. Violators of the rules of any State or City laws will be refused admission, asked to leave or ejected from stadium property. *Exceptions will be made for those with medical requirements and/or special needs.
Houston Cougar Men's Basketball games are broadcast in the Houston area on SportsTalk 790 AM or on 950 AM KPRC as part of the Houston IMG Sports Network.
There is a no re-entry policy in effect for Hofheinz Pavilion. Once a guest exits the arena, they will not be allowed back in for the remainder of the event.
RECRUIT/HIGH SCHOOL COACH TICKETS
University of Houston Basketball recruits can receive more information about tickets by calling the Men's Basketball office at 713-743-9430 or the Women's Basketball Office at 713-743-9460. Texas High School Coaches can receive one (1) complimentary ticket for themselves and one (1) additional for a guest based upon availability. THSCA members can call the respective Basketball office in advance to request their name to be added to the list for a particular game(s).
Should there still be availability on the list for that game(s), Texas High School coaches will be instructed to go to the complimentary admission tables on the Holman Street side of Hofheinz Pavilion starting 90 minutes prior to kickoff and show their THSCA card to receive the complimentary ticket on gameday. Any coach without the THSCA card on gameday will not be admitted.
No refunds, exchanges or cancellations are permitted unless we are unable to fill your order. Refunds will not be granted due to a game date or time changes.
All tickets should be treated like cash. The Houston Athletics Ticket Office is not responsible for any tickets that are lost. A fee will be assessed to you for any lost/stolen tickets, no exceptions. Duplicates will only be issued for reserved season tickets. General admission tickets will not be duplicated. The season ticket holder of record must be present to have duplicate tickets issued. No third parties will be issued duplicates for someone else's season tickets. Please contact the Ticket Office if you have any questions regarding lost or destroyed tickets.
Public restrooms are conveniently located throughout the arenas. All restrooms are accessible to our guests with disabilities.
Event staff personnel and security are located throughout the arena and are provided by 5-Star Event Services.
Designated smoking areas are located outside the Holman Street and Cullen Boulevard entrances. Smoking is not permitted in the stands or anywhere outside of the stated areas. Violators of this policy may be ejected from the stadium. All season ticket holders are responsible for their conduct as well as the conduct of their guests and/or persons using their tickets.
SOLICITATIONS, GIVEAWAYS AND SPONSORSHIPS
No items may be distributed in or around Hofheinz Pavilion without prior consent from the University of Houston Department of Intercollegiate Athletics and IMG College. To obtain consent, or for information on stadium and radio broadcast sponsorships, please contact IMG College at 713-743-1446.
Solicitation and literature distribution is only allowed with prior approval through Houston IMG Sports Network, 713-743-1446.
Strollers are permitted at Hofheinz Pavilion. However, their use cannot inhibit guest movement or block any aisles. Smaller, umbrella-style strollers can be stored underneath a seat as long as it does not create an obstruction for other guests.
All UH students are admitted FREE to regular-season Men's and Women's Basketball home games. Each student must present a valid Cougar Card at the Cullen Boulevard entrance of Hofheinz Pavilion for admission. Tickets are not needed.
Where to Sit: Section 117, Section 118 or Section 119. All student sections are general admission. Admission is first-come, first-served and based on availability.
Student Guest Tickets: Each currently enrolled student at the central campus may purchase four (4) guest tickets at a discounted price for all regular season home basketball games. Student guest tickets must be purchased IN PERSON with your valid Cougar Card at the Houston Athletics Ticket Office or on game-day at the Cullen Boulevard ticket windows, if tickets are still available. All student sections are general admission and based on availability.
UH Satellite Campus Students: Satellite campus students can purchase a student ticket for themselves and four (4) guest tickets at the student guest rate on the day of the game only. For basketball, UH satellite campus students can purchase tickets at the Cullen Boulevard ticket windows at Hofheinz Pavilion, if tickets are still available on the day of game, and must show a valid student ID to receive a ticket.

Ticket Replacement Policy (Lost or Stolen Tickets)
Please contact the Athletics Ticket Office at 713-GO-COOGS (462-6647) as soon as possible if you discover that your season tickets have been lost or stolen. It is recommended that you contact the ticket office prior to game day.
Ticket Window Locations
Ticket windows are located near the Cullen Boulevard and Holman Street entrances in Hofheinz Pavilion. Gates open 90 minutes prior to tip-off. All major credit cards and cash are accepted. To purchase tickets prior to gameday please see the Advance Ticket Purchase section.

VISITING TEAM / PLAYER GUEST WILL CALL
The visiting team player guest and will call is located at the complimentary admissions tables on the Holman Street side of Hofheinz Pavilion. Guests will be admitted when the gates open 90 minutes prior to tipoff. The visiting team may distribute tickets prior to this time, but that is the decision of each visiting institution. If you are receiving tickets through the visiting team and have questions, you should contact that institution prior to game day. A photo ID will be required to receive the tickets.
General Will Call is for customers who have purchased in advance and requested their tickets to be left at Will Call. Customers may pick up Will Call tickets any time in advance at the Athletics Ticket Office during normal business hours or at Hofheinz Pavilion on game day. Hofheinz Pavilion general Will Call is located at the Holman Street ticket windows and will open 90 minutes prior to tipoff. A photo ID will be required to receive the tickets.
