    Appeared in 36 games with 31 starts behind the plate... Played errorless ball in 252 total chances... Went 2-for-2 and gave the Cougars an early lead with an RBI-single against nationally-ranked Long Beach State in the finale of that series.. Batted 2-for-4 with a career-best three runs against nationally-ranked Baylor... Went 2-for-3 with two runs against Texas Tech at First American Bank Ballpark... Batted 2-for- 4 with a run at UAB in the middle game of that series... Went 4-for-5 with two runs, two doubles and a double at Texas-San Antonio... Batted 2-for-4 with two runs and two RBIs against Cincinnati in the series opener... Scored twice in the series finale against Cincinnati... Went 2-for-4 with a solo home run against Sam Houston State... Tied a UH single-game record with five hits at Louisville in the first game of a doubleheader... Finished that first game 5-for-6 with three runs and two RBIs against the Cardinals.

Went 1-for-3 with a run and two RBIs against Baylor at the Minute Maid Park Classic... Blasted his and the Cougars' first home run of the season with a shot to left field... Gave the Cougars a two-run lead with an RBI-single against Northwestern State in the second game of that series... Went 2-for-3 with a run and two RBIs against Northwestern State in the series finale... Knotted the game in the seventh inning with a two-out, RBI single... Scored twice, including the game-tying run in the seventh inning, against Rice in Game Three of the Silver Glove Series... Batted 1-for-4 with a run, double and two RBIs in the Cincinnati series finale... Went 2-for-4 with an RBI at Sam Houston State... Laid down a safety squeeze that gave the Cougars the lead in the seventh inning at TCU in the series finale... Batted 2-for-4 with a run and bunt single against Texas State... Walked and eventually scored against Saint Louis in the second game of the series. NCAA Regional at College Station: Started the Cougar rally in the bottom of the ninth against Texas A&M during the championship game...
