  • Played in 20 games after joining the team as a walk-on forward.
  • Made his first career start at UTEP on February 25.
  • Led Houston reserves with nine points against BYU.
  • Scored a career-high of 13 points against Marshall.
  • Recorded nine points and a career high of nine rebounds versus SMU.
  • Scored seven points against Rice.
  • Registered six points and five rebounds against UCF in the C-USA Tournament.
  • Tallied six points against UCF and UTEP in the regular season.
  • Pulled down eight rebounds at East Carolina.
  • Blocked two shots against Tulsa.
  • Collected two steals against the Golden Hurricane and UCF.

    COLLEGE

  • Originally signed to play football at Eastern Michigan in 2000.
  • Played in five games as a redshirt freshman in 2001 before joining the Navy.

    HIGH SCHOOL

  • Was a star football and basketball player at Dakota High School.
  • Averaged 26.7 points and 11 rebounds for the basketball team.
  • Was named a Sixth-Team All-State and league Player of the Year as a senior.
  • Earned Honorable-Mention All-State and Second-Team All-League honors after averaging 23 points and 10.5 rebounds as a junior.
  • Named All-League and Fourth-Team All-County after averaging 20 points and 13 rebounds as a sophomore.
  • Was a Class A Football Dream Team Honorable Mention selection, First-Team All-Metro East and Second-Team All-Metro in football by the Detroit News after catching 55 passes for 754 yards and 12 touchdowns as a senior.
