Lee De Leon begins his third year at the University of Houston, his second as the Director of Marketing and Promotions. De Leon started in October of 2005 as the Assistant Director of Marketing. He coordinates the day to day operations of the Athletics Marketing Department and works specifically with football. Before coming to UH, De Leon was the Marketing Assistant at LSU where he oversaw the marketing of the soccer team and assisted with football. De Leon also worked as an intern or student volunteer in the marketing departments at Texas A&M and Notre Dame. A native of Houston, Texas, De Leon received his bachelor's in marketing from the University of Notre Dame and his master's in sports management from Texas A&M University. He resides in Houston with his wife, Lacey. |
