Emily Anne Kuoni joined the University of Houston as Assistant Director for Marketing and Promotions in November 2012. In this role she serves as the primary representative for soccer, women's basketball and baseball. With these sports, she is responsible for all advertising and marketing efforts, as well as in-game production and promotions.

Born in Waco, Texas, Kuoni graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism with an emphasis on Public Relations. While at Baylor, Kuoni served as a student assistant in the Baylor Athletic Communications office where she worked with the football and women's basketball programs. She also assisted with the planning and implementation of the Robert Griffin III Heisman Campaign.

Kuoni and her husband, Shaun, live in Houston.
