Associate Director of Compliance

Syed Moinuddin is in his fourth year at the University of Houston. Moinuddin currently serves as Associate Director of Compliance after joining the department as Compliance Coordinator in January 2008. In his position, Moinuddin is the primary compliance administrator for men's basketball, softball, track and field, cross country, and volleyball, and assists the Assistant AD for Compliance with the day-to-day operations of the compliance office.

Prior to the University of Houston, Moinuddin completed compliance internships at the University of Tulsa and the University of Miami (FL).

Moinuddin received his bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 2003 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa in 2007. During law school, Moinuddin was a Senior Staff Member on the Tulsa Journal of Comparative and International Law and served as a legal intern for the Boesche Legal Clinic.

Moinuddin is a member of the National Association of Athletics Compliance (NAAC). A native of Houston, Moinuddin is single and resides in Sugar Land.
