Adam Quisenberry finished his second year at the University of Houston, serving as the Assistant Director of Sports Information/Publications Coordinator, following the 2009-10 season. In this role, Quisenberry handled the media relations' efforts for UH women's basketball and tennis while assisting with football. Additionally, he was in charge of coordinating the department's production of media guides and served as its liaison with printing companies.

Prior to joining UH, Quisenberry spent two years as the Director of Media Relations at West Texas A&M. During his time at WTAMU he was in charge of the athletics communications for the school's 13-sport athletics program.

In addition, to hosting numerous Lone Star Conference championship events, WTAMU was the host site for several NCAA Regional level competitions including the 2008 NCAA-II Women's Basketball South Central Regional Tournament, 2007 NCAA-II Men's Soccer Midwest Regional Tournament and 2006 NCAA-II Volleyball Southwest Regional Tournament, during all of which Quisenberry served as the tournament media coordinator. WTAMU's football team, which was consistently ranked in the Top 10 and claimed the LSC Championship in both 2006 and 2007, was selected as the host team for the first round of the NCAA-II playoffs both seasons, allowing Quisenberry to handle media relations and NCAA reporting duties.

Before taking the position at WTAMU, Quisenberry spent one year as a Media Relations Assistant at Texas Tech, serving as the sport information contact for soccer and softball, while helping with game-day duties for Tech football and basketball.

The Quanah, Texas, native also served one year as a Media Relations Assistant at the University of Kansas where he worked with KU's baseball and soccer programs in addition to assisting with game day media relations efforts for Jayhawk football and men's and women's basketball. Quisenberry also helped to coordinate the media aspect of the 2004 NCAA Women's Soccer Lawrence Regional.

Quisenberry graduated from Texas Tech in 2004 with a bachelor's in public relations.
