Sarah Youngdale starts her fourth year at the University of Houston as the Director Licensing and Merchandising. Sarah handles the day-to-day operations of Cougar Authentic along with the satellite locations at all of the Athletic venues and the cougarauthentic.com website. She also works with various departments in the University handling the licensing of the University's marks and logos. Before coming to Houston, Youngdale worked at Tulane University as the Event Management Coordinator. There she supervised game operations for six of the University's sports and coordinated the maintenance of the athletics facilities and the rental of athletic equipment. Youngdale also spent two years at Texas State University working in the Marketing Department, Business Office and Facilities Office as a student intern and volunteer. Sarah played softball at Texas State University and graduated with a B.S. in Exercise and Sport Science with a minor in Business. Her mother was a Cougar cheerleader and her father played basketball at UH under former Head Coach Guy Lewis. Youngdale resides in Katy. |
