Hey Coogs, sorry it took me so long to get back to you all on the questions. We had a little mix up with the communication process. But as you know we have started workouts, so I have somewhat of an excuse. Practices have been great so far. We have been as sharp as I have ever seen a Cougar team at this point in the year. Everyone is working unbelievably hard and I think even taking the coaches by surprise sometimes. But that is the way it is supposed to be. We shouldn't need them to motivate us in order to excel. We should know what we have to practice like in order to win the championship. This years' team knows and has learned what it takes. You can see already in our preparation. I am so pumped up about this year it is overwhelming me.

From a quarterbacks' standpoint, our receiving core has got to be one of the best in the nation. We have playmakers all over the field it seems like. And I know what everyone is thinking, how can we keep them all happy. Well there haven't been complications yet and I don't see any in the future. Everyone seems to be on the same page and that is to win the Conference USA Championship.

Now, to all you Coogs out there pray for one thing: FOR THE TEAM TO STAY HEALTHY. We all know that the injury bug is the only thing to set back a championship season, so we need as many prayers against it as we can get. We have been lucky so far. There have been a couple of dings and bruises, but nothing that a couple of days rest hasn't cured. You all come check us out whenever you can. We like it whenever there is a crowd watching us at practice.
