1-0 Baby! Well, it wasn't as pretty as we would have liked, but it's a win.

After being on the other end of close games the past few years we have learned that these count the same as the blowouts at the end of the year. I can't really put a finger on why it went like it did, except that the beginning was too easy. I think whenever we got up that quick, we let our guard down a bit which you can't do. After watching the film on Sunday it was very evident that if it wasn't for the 2nd quarter we would've killed them. So, if we can just stay focused for 60 minutes, we should be in great shape.

I was thinking at halftime about how many times USC was down at half time and never doubted themselves. They came back and won all of those regular season dog fights that they were in. So, if we are 13-0 at the end of the season with 10 dogfights and 5 come from behind victories, than we will take it, just as long as we get the W.

I do want to say thanks to all the fans that came out to watch the game.

Our red definitely overshadowed their blue whenever we walked out of the Locker room, and you have no idea how excited it made the team. The atmosphere was great and there is no way we could have ever pulled it out without the roaring cheers at the end. Time to get geared up for the Green Wave! GO COOGS! Kevin
