Indoor: Took a second place finish in the heptathlon at the C-USA Indoor Championship with a personal best total of 5,298 points...it was the second best point total in school history...also notched a fourth place finish in the pole vault at the C-USA Indoor Championships. Outdoor: Finished eighth in the long jump at the LSU Tiger Relays...won three events and finished seventh in the decathlon with a pr total of 7,251 points at the Texas Relays...notched a mark of 55.73m (182-10) in the javelin at the Tellez Invitational...finished fourth in the long jump with a mark of 6.97m (22-10.50) at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational...also cleared 4.30m (14-01.25) in the pole vault...won gold at the C-USA Outdoor Championships in the decathlon with a total of 6,904 points.

Indoor: Was seventh in the long jump at the Leonard Hilton Memorial...set a season best finish of 8.54 in the 60 meter hurdles at the Dan DeHart Invitational...had a seventh-place finish in the heptathlon at the Houston Invitational...finished tied for seventh in the pole vault at the UH All-Comers Meet...notched a fourth-place finish in the heptathlon and an eighth-place finish in the pole vault at the C-USA Indoor Championships. Outdoor: Notched a third place finish in the long jump and a fifth-place finish in the javelin at the Tom Tellez Invitational...was third in the decathlon, ninth in the javelin and ninth in the pole vault at the C-USA Championships...finished second in the decathlon with 7,158 points at the USATF Outdoor Championships.

2006 Decathlon National Champion...finished third at state in the 4x400 meter relay and the 300-meter hurdles...named football wide receiver of the Year in 2004 and 2005...member of the National Honor Society.
