Outdoor: Ran a 15.26 in the 110-meter hurdles to finish 13th at the Tellez Invitational...his season-best high jump of 6-09.75 came in a second-place finish at the Tellez Invitational...pole vaulted 14-11.00 in the Open Div. at the Michael Johnson Classic...accumulated 5,747 points in a sixth-place finish at the C-USA Championships.

Transfer from BYU...was 1997 WAC high jump champion in outdoor season with a leap of 7-0.50...finished third in the pentathlon at WAC Indoor Championships with 3,807 points...went to BYU after earning NAIA All-America honors in high jump as a freshman at Missouri Valley College in Marshall, Mo...cleared 6-11.75 in the high jump and played basketball for the Vikings.
