Houston opens indoor season on high note

2012-13 (Sophomore)
Indoor:Ran a season best of 8.68 in the 60m hurdles to take home the silver medal at the Texas A&M Reveille Invitational...Placed seventh in the 60m hurdles at the Texas A&M 12-Team Invitational...Also, competed in the long jump for the Cougars...At the home meet opener, she took home a seventh place finish in the triple jump with a leap of 11.41m (37-5.25) and a eighth place finish in the hurdles with a time of 9.05...Ran a season best of 7.81 seconds in the 60m at the Howie Ryan Invitational and Multi's...Also, long jumped for the Cougars.

2011-12 (Freshman)
Indoor: Placed fourth in first collegiate meet with a 5.56m jump in the long jump...Finished with a season best (12.22m) to take home a second place finish in the triple jump at the Leonard Hilton Invitational...Took home a fifth place finish in the triple jump at the 2012 Adidas Classic with a 11.82m jump...Jumped 5.63m to place 10th at the Conference USA Championships.

Outdoor: Top finisher in the triple jump (12.40m) at the TCU Invitational...Placed fourth at the LSU Invitational with a 12.23m jump...Finished first in the (11.96m) at the Texas Invitational...Took home a seventh place finish (12.37) at the Conference USA Championships...Also competed in the high jump and long jump throughout the season.
