 Earned All-American honors after finishing as the runner-up at the Texas UIL State Championships as a senior after equaling his career-best clearance of 16 feet...won the Region II-5A after clearing 16 feet and the District 15-5A championship for the second straight year...finished in fourth place as a junior at the State Championships in 2003 after a second-place finish at the Regional Championships...was the 2004 Texas Relays champion and a member of theYouth Team USA in 2003.
