FRESHMAN (2009-10) Indoor: Set personal best in the shot put at his first collegiate event with fourth place finish in the shot put (15.65m/51-4)... Placed sixth at the UH All Comers Meet in the shot put and set a personal best in the weight throw with 12.59m/41-3.75 toss. Outdoor: Set personal bests in all three events at the Victor Lopez Invitational in the discus (41.50m/136-2), hammer throw (38.27m/125-7) and shot put (15.61m/51-2.75), placing fifth in the shot put.
HIGH SCHOOL Threw personal records in the discus (163-03) and shot put (59-08.75) to finish first in both events at the 2009 Region 3-3A Meet ... Finished second in the shot put at the 2009 Texas Relays with a mark of 57-00.75 ... At the 2009 Woodlands Regional Qualifier, placed fifth in the discus with a mark of 157-06 ...
