Indoor: Finished fourth in the weight throw at the Houston Indoor Opener...also took fifth in the shot put...recorded a mark of 16.49m (54-01.25) in the weight throw at the Leonard Hilton Memorial...set a personal best in the shot put with a mark of 15.30m (50-02.50) at the Leonard Hilton Memorial...finished fifth in the weight throw and sixth in the shot put at the Razorback Invitational...set a mark of 16.67m (54-08.25) in the weight throw at the UH All-Comers Meet...set a school record with a toss of 16.82m (55-02.25) in the weight throw at hte C-USA Indoor Championships to finish eighth. Outdoor: Set a regional mark and a pr in the discus with a hurl of 51.77m (169-10) to finish second at the LSU Tiger Relays...also finished seventh in the hammer throw...set a pr in the shot put with a toss of 15.09m (49-06.25) at the UTEP Invitational...recorded a mark of 53.12m (174-03) in the hammer throw at the Houston Invitational...finished sixth in the hammer throw at the C-USA Outdoor Championships...also finished fifth in the discus...recorded a mark of 49.96m (163-11) in the discus at the NCAA Midwest Regional.
2007
Indoor: Finished in sixth in the weight throw (15.08m/49-05.75) and eighth in the shot put with a throw of 14.26m/46-09.50 at the C-USA Indoor Championships. Outdoor: Was third in the javelin, fifth in the discus, sixth in the hammer and seventh in the shot put at the Tom Tellez Invitational...finished seventh in the hammer, ninth in the javelin and 12th in the shot put and discus at the Cal Collegiate Challenge...finished fifth in the hammer, seventh in the discus, ninth in the shot put and 11th in the javelin at the C-USA Championships.
High School
2005 District Champion in the shot put... 2005 and 2006 Regional Qualifier...holds a personal best 179'9" discus throw, 57'8" shot put throw and a 168'10" javelin throw.

Born October 9, 1987 in Temple, Texas...son of John and D'Anne Hubbard...chose Houston for its track and field tradition...hobbies include lifting weights and nutrition...also recruited by Stephen F. Austin...majoring in nutrition.
