2016-17 (Senior)
Broke her own school record with a seventh place finish in the 3,000-meters at the American Athletic Conference Indoor Championships and became the first Cougar distance runner to run sub-17 with a time of 16:53.52...Also set a personal-best of 9:56.72 in the 3,000-meter run at The American Championships...Improved on her program-best mark in the 3K to open her season for Houston by running 17:00.35 at the 2017 Husky Classic.

Outdoor: Competed in six meets during the outdoor season, including her first trip to the NCAA West Regional where she ran the 3,000-meter steeplechase...Finished sixth at The American Outdoor Championships with a time of 10:39.95 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase...Broke her own school record in the steeple when she crossed the line in 10:26.41 at the Mt. SAC Relays.

2015-16 (Junior)
Broke her own school record in the 5,000m when she ran 17:14.43 to finish fifth at The American Indoor Championships...Finished second at the Charlie Thomas Invitational and set the school record with a 17:26.89 5K...Opened her senior season with a sixth place finish in the mile at the Texas A&M Reveille Invitational where she ran 5:14.91

Outdoor: Won the 2016 American Athletic Conference Outdoor Championship in the 3,000-meter steeplechase en route to breaking the school record with a time of 10:31.07...Earned First Team All-American Athletic Conference honors for her championship in the steeplechase...Opened her outdoor slate with a win in the 3000m steeplechase at the Victor Lopez Classic with a career-best 10:49.50, the fourth fastest time in school history.

2014-15 (Redshirt Sophomore)
Set a new personal record in the 3000m run at The American Athletic Conference Championships with a time of 10:08.37...Ran the 5000m at the Houston Tune Up in 18:12.40...Finished in sixth place in 5:14.97 in the mile run at the Leonard Hilton Memorial Invitational.

Outdoor: Competed in five meets during the outdoor season for the Cougars...Finished fourth at the American Athletic Conference Outdoor Championships in the steeplechase with a time of 10:58.69...Won the Steeplechase for the second consecutive week at the J. Fred Duckett-Rice Twilight Invitational in 11:12.53...Set a new personal record en route to winning the Steeplechase at the 2015 Beach Invitational where she ran 10:52.05...Recorded a new personal best in the 1500m run at the Bobcat Invitational in 4:45.00.

2013-14 (Sophomore)
Competed in two home meets for the Cougars... Helped the women's DMR to a second place finish (12:36.49) at the Houston Indoor Opener... Broke her personal record in the mile with a time of 5:14.48 at the Leonard Hilton Memorial Invitaitonal (Jan. 17).

Outdoor: Did not compete.

2012-13 (Freshman)
Competed in four meets for the Cougars... Member of the women's DMR team who placed eighth at the Conference USA Indoor Championships with a season best of 12:11.35...Also, ran a season best of 5:14.77 in the women's mile at the Championships.

Outdoor: Ran in six meets for the Cougars middle distance... Recorded a personal best time of 4:49.70 in the 1,500m to finish seventh at the J. Fred Duckett Rice Twilight meet... The following weekend, ran a personal best time of 2:18.48 at the Texas State Bobcat Classic finishing 12th overall.

Ran for Alva Brown at Channelview High School... Two-time 1600m District Champion (2011 & 2012)... Four-time 800m Regional Qualifier (2009-12)... Cross country State Qualifier in 2012... Two-time cross country Regional Qualifier (2011 & 2012)... Two-time Cross Country MVP... 2011 Track and Field MVP... A member of PALS and cheerleading team.
