Outdoor: Enjoyed career day at the C-USA Championships, winning the 200m and long jump, setting personal best in both events. Also placed second in the 100m and 4x100m relay... Qualified for the NCAA Regionals in the 100m, 200m and 4x400m... Advanced with relay team to NCAA Championships, relay team finished in 18th place.
FRESHMAN (2008-09) Indoor: Notched a second-place finish in the 60m dash at the New Mexico Cherry & Silver Invitational with a time of 6.84... Finished seventh at the Houston Indoor Invitational, running the 60m in 6.89... Competed in the 60m and 200m at the New Balance Invitational... At the C-USA Championships, finished third in the 60m dash, running a PR 6.81 in the prelims, and in the long jump with a mark of 7.17m (23-06.25)... Placed sixth in the 60m with a time of 7.12 at the LSU NCAA Qualifier. Outdoor: Won the 100m at the J. Fred Duckett Rice Twilight with a time of 10.53, qualifying for the NCAA Midwest Regional...
