Lady Cougars Win Three Events at Ty Terrell Relays In Beaumont

The University of Houston women's track and field team registered victories in three different events at the 44th annual ExxonMobil Ty Terrell Relays at Beaumont, Texas on Thursday, April 28. Sophomore LaDedra Guy won the 100 meters with a wind-aided time of 11.34 seconds, while Jasmine Jackson won the long jump with a wind-aided leap of 6.28 meters. Sophomore Caresir Hamilton also won the women's triple jump with a wind-aided mark of 12.78 meters.
