    ATLANTA, Ga. – The University of Houston Track and Field program wrapped the final day of the Georgia Tech Invitational Saturday afternoon.

    The women’s 4x100-meter relay team of Bria Carter, Kiersten Brewer, Alicia Perkins and Ngozi Onwumere finished second with a time of 44.85, the second best time of the season.

    Onwumere also took an individual second place in the 200m as she ran a personal best time of 23.43. Her teammate Brewer followed in fifth with a season best time of 23.85.

    On the men’s side, senior Errol Nolan placed third in the 400m dash with a time of 46.40.

    UP NEXT
    Houston will continue practice for the next couple weeks before the NCAA Division I West Prelims May 29-31 in Fayetteville, Ark. The athletes who qualify for the regional meet will be announced by the NCAA Thursday
