HOUSTON - Following strong performances at the Houston Indoor Invitational and Multi Events, the University of Houston track and field teams are back in action this weekend, traveling to New York, N.Y., to compete in the New Balance Invitational hosted by The Armory.
The New Balance Collegiate Invitational has become the biggest college indoor meet in the nation. Over 130 universities and colleges will be represented at the meet, including Alabama, Arkansas, Baylor, BYU, Clemson, Duke, Georgetown, Kansas, LSU, Mississippi State, South Carolina, Southern Cal, Tennessee, Texas, Texas A&M, Villanova and many others.
Colleges from Ireland, Puerto Rico, France and Canada will also be joining the competition.
The two-day meet begins at 11 a.m., ET Friday and 9 a.m., ET Saturday. Live results for this weekend's meet will be available at AmoryTrack.com.
