Transfer from the University of Alabama...was the individual champion at the 2003 Crimson Cross Country Classic and had a 28th-place showing at the SEC Championships...won the mile run in indoor track at the Niswonger Invitational...earned All-South Region honors after finishing 17th at the NCAA South Region Cross Country Championships as a freshman...helped Alabama's distance medley relay team finish third at the Air Force Indoor Invitational...helped the 4x1600-meter relay team finish second and distance Medley relay win the Alabama Relay in 2003...sat out the 2004 Outdoor season.
