    Made his first career start against Stephen F. Austin (Feb. 24)... Pitched 5.1 innings giving up two runs on three hits and striking out two batters for the win... Started against Tulane, allowing five hits, one run, four walks and striking out six batters in 6.0 innings for his third win of the season (March 28)... Earned fourth weekend win, striking out six batters against UT Pan American (April 4)... Pitched 6.1 innings against Memphis, allowing five hits, two runs and seven strikeouts (April 18)... Started against Marshall, pitching 4.0 innings, allowing six hits, two runs , three walks and striking out six batters in the second game of the series (April 25)...
