"The complete game was huge. This is a tough park to pitch in during the day especially for a soft tossing lefty. He did a great job of keeping the ball on the outer half of the plate and we played good defense. The only thing you can say about his performance is that it was Herculean. The same goes for Austin Adams, the guy continues to come through for us. Hopefully we can survive for another day. "

"It boils down to who's going to pitch and whose not. We pitched until the sixth inning then took a vacation. We've got to get our pitching staff in order and do a better job of pitching the next game."
On what TCU not using it's bullpen in the game means for the nightcap
" I imagine it helps a little bit, but I feel like we have plenty left too. Hopefully it will be a god game tonight
