HOUSTON - Seven University of Houston baseball players will compete in various leagues during the 2007 summer season.

Six players - catchers Chris Wallace and Austin Goolsby, outfielders Zak Presley and Chris Joseph and pitchers Chris Wright and Jimmy Raviele - are scattered over four teams in the Texas Collegiate League, while infielder Bryan Pounds is competing with the Roughnecks in the Karl Young League in Houston.
