Listed as one of the top 100 junior-college players in California...named a First-Team, All-Bay Valley Conference selection after averaging 13.9 points, 8.7 rebounds and 1.9 blocked shots per game... recorded 11 double-doubles as a sophomore...reg-istered 20 points, 11 rebounds and five blocked shots in one game...helped Yuba enjoy its best season in school history when the school advanced to the Elite Eight of the California Junior College Tournament and finished the 2003-04 season with a 24-7 overall record...Yuba was a combined 46-18 during his two years at the school...averaged nine rebounds and 2.5 blocked shots per game as a freshman... scored a season-high 11 points in a game that season.

Began playing basketball as a sophomore at Roseville High School after moving from Irvine...named a First-Team, All-Conference selection after averaging 13 points and 10 rebounds as a senior...ranked among the state's top 10 leaders in rebounding and blocked shots...was also a First-Team, All-Conference selection as a wide receiver for Roseville's football team...fin-ished among the state's top 10 leaders in receiving yards...was an All-Star selection in both sports.
