Played in six games before suffering a torn anterior cruciate ligament in his knee in practice...scored a career-high three points against third-ranked Kansas and Texas Southern...handed out a career-high two assists against the Jayhawks...recorded his first steal at Texas Southern....grabbed a career-high two rebounds against Kansas...pulled down one rebound versus Texas Southern and against North Texas.
JUNIOR COLLEGE
Earned second-team all-Arizona Community College Conference honors...played in 23 games as a sophomore at Northland Pioneer College in Holbrook, Ariz....served as team captain...ranked 14th among the Arizona Community College Conference's scoring leaders with 15.7 points per game...scored a season-high 32 points against Eastern Arizona College...transferred to Northland Pioneer College from Frank Phillips College in Border, Texas...earned second-team all-Western Junior College Conference honors as a freshman after averaging 10.8 points per game...his scoring average ranked 15th among league leaders...ranked 19th among conference leaders in field goals and three-point field goals made per game with 3.92 and 0.80, respectively...was 16th in the league with 2.20 free throws per game...played in 25 games for Frank Phillips.

Three-year letterman at Elkins High School, where he was a teammate of former Cougar forward George Williams...named second-team all-Greater Houston selection by The Houston Chronicle after averaging 18 points per game as a senior...teamed with Williams to lead the Knights to a 33-3 record...outstanding leaper who had three slam dunks in a game against Sharpstown High School...was named the All-Greater Houston sixth man of the year as a junior after averaging 8.0 points and 3.0 rebounds per game...helped Elkins advance to the Region III-5A quarterfinals and finish the year with a 28-7.
