NEW ORLEANS (AP) - Marcus Kinzer scored 12 points and snagged a career-high 10 rebounds to lead Tulane to a 77-63 win over Houston Wednesday night.

Quincy Davis led Tulane (9-11, 2-7 Conference USA) with 17 points and five blocks, while sophomore Vytas Tatarunas came off the bench to tally 16 points, nine rebounds and four blocked shots. Kory Castine added 10 points.

Tulane outscored Houston (8-13, 2-8) in the paint by a 38-12 margin and had a team total of 21 assists.

Andre Owens led Houston with 23 points and Aaron Anderson added 10. Both Anderson and Owens grabbed eight rebounds.
