    HOUSTON - With the start of Conference USA play, University of Houston Men's Basketball head coach James Dickey will begin his weekly radio show this week at Home Plate Bar and Grill (1800 Texas Ave., Ste. 100).

    Fans are invited to join Dickey and host Kevin Eschenfelder for The Pulse with James Dickey at restaurants throughout the greater Houston area for the remainder of the season. The show airs from 7 to 8 p.m., Thursdays.

    Each week, the duo will discuss recent Cougar Basketball action and upcoming games, college basketball, the world of sports and much more.

    Fans can submit questions via the Cougars' social media sites on Twitter and on Facebook with a chance it will be read on air.

    Fans who are unable to join Dickey and Eschenfelder each week always can hear the game live on SportsTalk 790 AM KBME.

    UP NEXT
    The Cougars wrap up a season-long, five-game homestand when they open Conference USA play at 7 p.m., Wednesday vs. Tulsa in Hofheinz Pavilion. Houston is 4-0 on its current homestand to boost its season record in Hofheinz Pavilion to 7-3.

    From there, the Cougars travel to the ends of Conference USA for their next two games. Houston meets UTEP in El Paso, Texas, at 8 p.m. (CST), Saturday before facing UCF in Orlando, Fla., at 6 p.m. (CST), Jan. 11.

    Houston returns to the friendly confines of Hofheinz Pavilion when they play host to Memphis at 8 p.m., Jan. 14. That game will be televised live on CBS Sports Network.

    Single-game tickets are now on sale at the Houston Athletics Ticket Office. In addition, fans also can purchase the Conference USA Pack, which includes eight exciting league games.

    In the C-USA Pack, fans can buy Reserved seating to all Saturday men's home games for $99 with General Admission tickets available for only $75.

    With the purchase of the Family Fun Plan, fans receive 2 adult and 2 youth general admission tickets to all Saturday C-USA games for only $159. Tickets for additional children are available for only $40 each in this Plan.
