Cougars Return Home To Host Louisiana-Lafayette

Houston, Texas - Senior forward Louis Truscott will lead the University of Houston's men's basketball team into a non-conference matchup against the University of Louisiana-Lafayette tonight at 7:30 p.m. on the Guy V. Lewis Court at Hofheinz Pavilion.

Houston enters the game with a 2-7 overall record after a 62-58 setback at Texas Tech. Truscott led the Cougars with 16 points and 14 rebounds against the Red Raiders. It was his sixth double-double performance of the season and he leads Conference USA in that category.

The Cougars will try to snap a four-game losing streak when the play host to the Ragin' Cajuns. UL-Lafayette enters the game with an 8-4 record and has won its last three games.

The Ragin' Cajuns defeated New Mexico State, 81-74, last Thursday night.
