Great Promotions Remain for Houston Men's & Women's Basketball Games

Order Shasta-Gram | Valentine's T-Shirts | UHFanShop.com HOUSTON - As Valentine's Day continues to draw closer, the University of Houston Men's and Women's Basketball programs are offering a pair of special promotions for couples. SHASTA-GRAMS Shasta-Grams include roses, candy and two basketball tickets to any remaining Men's or Women's home games. Each Shasta-gram costs only $50 and is limited to on-campus deliveries only. Fans wishing to order a Shasta-Gram should email Shasta@uh.edu. After orders are placed, a staff member from the Athletics Department will make contact for further instructions. I LOVE COUGARS T-SHIRTS Fans can purchase the latest Houston merchandise through the UH Fan Shop, including I Love Cougars Valentine T-Shirts. Fans can buy these shirts at the UH Fan Shop, located at the Football Stadium parking garage or through UHFanShop.com. Every fan who wears one of these stylish T-shirts to the Men's and/or Women's Basketball games leading up to the Cougars' Feb 13 and Feb. 14 home contests will be eligible to win great date-night prizes for the Men's game on Feb. 13 against UTEP and the Women's game against Tulsa on Feb. 14. BOBBLEHEAD DOLL GIVEAWAYS University of Houston Men's Basketball fans will have three chances to collect bobblehead dolls of some of the most famous figures in Houston Athletics history during the team's final four home games inside Hofheinz Pavilion.
Phi Slama Jama great Michael Young, CBS Sports broadcaster Jim Nantz and Basketball Hall of Famer Elvin Hayes have been immortalized as bobblehead dolls and will be given away to the first 1,000 fans in attendance. The Michael Young bobblehead will be the first to be given away at the Tulane game on Saturday. The Jim Nantz bobblehead will be given away before the UTEP game on Feb. 13 with NBA great Elvin Hayes' doll being distributed on Senior Night prior to the Rice game on March 6. Fans can purchase the Bobblehead Mini-Plan and receive one Reserved ticket for each of the three games at which the bobbleheads will be given away. IMPORTANT NOTE: Purchasing a ticket in the Bobblehead Mini-Plan does not guarantee fans will receive a bobblehead. Fans must be one of the first 1,000 in attendance at the game to receive a bobblehead.
