HOUSTON -- University of Houston fans will want to mark down this weekend as Blackout Weekend for the Houston Men's and Women's Basketball programs inside Hofheinz Pavilion.
Houston Women's Basketball starts the weekend at 1 p.m., Saturday, against Cincinnati, while the Men's team plays host to American Athletic Conference leader Temple at 6 p.m., Sunday, inside Hofheinz Pavilion. The first 100 kids at the Women's game and the first 500 UH students through the doors for Sunday's Men's game will receive a FREE Blackout T-Shirt.
Houston Men's Basketball only has two remaining home games inside Hofheinz Pavilion during the 2015-16 regular season. The Cougars have posted an impressive 14-2 mark in front of the hometown fans.

Both teams will be in action this week before hosting Blackout Weekend. The Women's team plays host to East Carolina at 7 p.m., Wednesday, inside Hofheinz Pavilion, while the Men's team hits the road to face Tulane at 8:30 p.m., Wednesday, inside Devlin Fieldhouse in New Orleans.
Fans can hear Wednesday's Men's Basketball game live on KPRC 950 AM with Matt Thomas calling the action. The pregame show begins at 8:15 p.m., Wednesday.

Fans also can call 713-GO-COOGS (462-6647) or visit the Athletics Ticket Office from 10 a.m., to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. To purchase tickets in person, fans can visit the Athletics Ticket Office located on the northeast corner of TDECU Stadium, just outside of Gate 1 off Cullen Boulevard. Parking is available in the TDECU Stadium parking garage with the first 30 minutes free of charge.
Current University of Houston students are admitted free to ALL Houston Men's Basketball game when presenting a valid ID at the doors.
Single-game tickets for Houston Men's Basketball's 2015-16 season begin at only $5 per game. Fans can purchase General Admission single-game tickets for only $5, while Reserved 2 seating is available for only $10 per game. Fans may buy Reserved 1 single-game tickets for $15 per ticket.
