TICKET APPLICATION FOR THE 2002 HOUSTON BASKETBALL DINNER

Featuring Texas Tech's Bob Knight and honoring the University of Houston's Guy V. Lewis

7 p.m., Monday, Sept. 23, at the JW Marriott Ballroom,

5150 Westheimer at Sage, in the Galleria

Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. We must have a check in hand before mailing tickets; make checks out to the Houston Athletic Committee.

All applications can be mailed to the Houston Athletic Committee's post-office box at: 13280 Northwest Freeway, Suite F, No. 367, Houston, Texas 77040-6003. The Houston Athletic Committee is a 501-c-3, non-profit organization run by volunteers, and we are not set up to handle credit cards.

Front two rows: $1,000 per table

Other tables: $400 per table

Limited individual seating: $40 per ticket

There are 10 seats per table

Please give us a person's or company's name to put on a table plaquard, which will be placed on the table you order.
