Danuel had a terrific summer. We got here in the spring of 2010 and followed him immediately. He is an explosive perimeter player that is a high flier. He can shoot the ball and is very competitive. Danuel plays hard on both ends of the floor and is a special talent

Shot 57 percent (104-of-221) from the field, 40 percent (24-of-60) from the 3-point line and 77 percent (105-of-137) from the free throw line... Competed for head coach Barry Brown for two seasons... Helped lead the Hawks to a combined 54-11 record during his stint. Sophomore (2011-12): Averaged 10.0 points and 7.6 assists per game... Posted 3.1 rebounds and 2.9 steals per game on the defensive side... Led the Hawks to the Maryland state JUCO championship with a win against defending champion Cecil CC and was named the state tournament's Most Valuable Player... Dished out double-digit assists in 10 games, including five consecutive games late in the season... Posted a career-high 15 assists in a win against Northern Virginia CC.
