When the Houston Football team runs on to John O’Quinn Field Friday morning, there will be a fifth flag carried by the Cougars as a white flag with a large red 34 will emerge from the home tunnel of TDECU Stadium, a flag that represents much more than a football game.
Houston senior cornerback William Jackson III has been invited to play in the Reese’s Senior Bowl at Ladd-Peebles Stadium in Mobile, Ala., Reese’s Senior Bowl Executive Director Phil Savage announced Tuesday. The game kicks off at 1:30 p.m. CT on Saturday, Jan. 30, and will air on the NFL Network.
