2015: Suffered a foot injury in win at Louisville which sidelined him for the next 11 games, returning to start at left guard in Houston’s Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl win over Florida State ... second the Houston offensive line with a season grade of 85 percent in 266 snaps on the year ... had 14 knockdown blocks in three games ... helped lead a team that ranked 10th nationally in scoring offense (40.4 points per game), 13th nationally in rushing offense (235.8 yards per game) and 20th nationally in total offense (484.1 yards per game) ... graded out to an 80 percent on the Houston O-Line Grade Sheet ... did not allow a sack in 165 snaps ... made his second straight start in win at Louisville ... started at left guard for Houston against Tennessee Tech and helped the running game compile 272 yards on the ground in the season opener.

2014: Started all 13 games in 2014 at left guard in his first true season at Houston ... helped the Houston offense to 28 rushing touchdowns, 2,391 rushing yards for 4.8 yards per carry in those 13 games ... played a role in Houston's comeback win against Pittsburgh in the Houston's Armed Forces Bowl.

Made five starts at right guard in 2013 ... helped lead an offense that ranked 19th nationally with an average of 301.4 passing yards per game ... did not see action in 2012 ... earned a redshirt in 2011 in his first year.
