Houston Cougars defeated Penn State 30-14 as they set multiple school, conference, bowl and NCAA records.

Redshirt Freshman (2011): All-Freshman Team at defensive end ... Played in all-14 games, making 11 starts as first-year player ... Had 3.5 tackles for loss and led all defensive linemen with 47 tackles ... Also batted down a pair of passes at the line of scrimmage ...
