JUNIOR (2008)
One of eight players to start all 13 games... led team with 15 pass breakups and ranked fifth with 74 tackles... recorded six solo tackles and added an interception at Oklahoma State... recorded three tackles, including one for a loss of two yards, against Air Force in Dallas... posted seven tackles, including six solo stops, and broke up three passes at Colorado State... also recorded a tackle for a 2-yard loss against the Rams... recorded five tackles, including two solo stops, and added an interception at No. 23 East Carolina... gave the Cougars the lead for good after picking off a pass and racing 35 yards to the end zone against C-USA rival UAB... also finished with four tackles, including two solo stops, against the Blazers. .. broke up a third-down pass on a key SMU drive late in the game and picked off the Mustangs' Hail Mary attempt at the end of the game... finished with five solo tackles against the Mustangs... recorded six tackles, including three solo stops, at C-USA rival Marshall... added two tackles for a loss of 10 yards and broke up a pass against the Thundering Herd... recorded six tackles, including four solo, with a pass breakup against C-USA rival Tulane during the annual Homecoming game... posted 11 tackles, including one for a loss of five yards, and added a game-high three pass breakups against No. 24 Tulsa... finished with seven tackles, including four solo, and led all players with three pass breakups against C-USA rival UTEP... also added an assisted tackle for a loss of three yards against the Miners... finished with seven tackles, including five solo, and broke up two passes at C-USA rival Rice. Bell Helicopter Armed Forces Bowl: Finished with four tackles, including three solo stops, recovered a fumble and broke up a pass against the Falcons.
SOPHOMORE (2007)
Competed in all 13 games, making him one of only 35 players to accomplish that feat... Started nine games, including each of the last eight... posted six tackles, including three solo, during the season opener at Oregon... made his first career start against the Ducks... finished with two tackles against Conference USA rival East Carolina... recorded his first interception of the season at Alabama... posted five tackles, including four solo stops, and broke up a game-high three passes against Rice... finished with four tackles, including an assist for a loss of a yard, and added a pass breakup at UAB... recorded two solo tackles and a pair of pass breakups at UTEP... broke up the final UTEP pass of the night to seal the win... posted two solo tackles and broke up a pass against SMU... recorded three tackles, including two solo stops, with a pass breakup against C-USA rival Marshall. Texas Bowl: Hauled in an interception and added a solo tackle against TCU.
REDSHIRT FRESHMAN (2006)
Made his collegiate debut against Tulane during the home opener... named to the Conference USA All-Freshman Team by both the media and head coaches... finished with three tackles and a pass breakup against the Green Wave... recovered a fumble against Oklahoma State... made his first career interception against UCF and returned it 45 yards... finished with five tackles, including four solo stops, against the Golden Knights... finished with four solo tackles and a team-best two pass breakups at SMU to help the Cougars clinch the C-USA West Division. AutoZone Liberty Bowl: Had two tackles against South Carolina.

Prepped for head coach Alan Cherry... helped lead team to a playoff appearance and a 9-2 record as a senior... unanimous First-Team, All-District selection as both a defensive back and wide receiver... named to the All-Coastal Bend First Team as well... played basketball and ran track.
