Named by the Austin American-Statesman as one of Central Texas' Top Recruits ... selected Honorable Mention All-Central Texas... picked up First-Team All-District honors in both 2002 and 2003... member of the Austin/Central Texas All-Star Football Game... a two-time Academic All-District... was the Junior Male Athlete-of-the-Year... Honorable Mention All-District in basketball... member of the 4x200-meter relay team which placed fourth in state meet.
