SENIOR (2008)
Two-time John Mackey Tight End of the Week recipient... team leader in receptions and touchdowns... caught at least two passes in all but one game... two 100-yard receiving games... caught at least one touchdown pass each of the first five games... Opened season with at least one touchdown reception in each of the first five games...led all receivers with seven catches for 103 yards and two touchdowns against Southern during the season opener... set personal bests in the latter two categories against the Jaguars... hauled in touchdown catches of 36 yards and one yard... Posted a career-high eight catches for 79 yards with a 6-yard touchdown pass late in the second quarter at Oklahoma State... finished with seven catches for 64 yards and three touchdowns against Air Force in Dallas... became the first player since 1992 to post three touchdown catches in a game... posted eight catches for 73 yards and a touchdowns at Colorado State... tallied six catches for 43 yards, including an 11-yard touchdown late in the second quarter, at No. 23 East Carolina... was his fifth straight game with a touchdown catch. .. posted 10 catches for 160 yards to set career highs in both categories at C-USA rival SMU... finished with 11 catches for 91 yards and a touchdown against C-USA rival Tulane during the annual Homecoming game... recorded eight catches for 93 yards and a pair of touchdowns against No. 24 Tulsa... finished with eight catches for 83 yards in the Cougars' come-from-behind win over C-USA rival UTEP.

JUNIOR (2007)
Third on team in receiving yards and receiving touchdowns... recorded first 100-yard receiving game by a Cougar tight end since Carl Hilton against SMU on Oct. 20, 1984... member of offensive unit that compiled more than 500 yards of total offense and more than 34.0 points per game... appeared in all 13 games with five starts... one of only 35 players to compete in all 13 games... Cougars recorded at least 400 yards of total offense in 11 games and at least 500 yards in seven games... Helped lead team to season-high 748 yards of total offense against C-USA rival Rice and recorded three catches for 27 yards against the Owls... Snared six catches for 51 yards at Conference USA rival Tulane... Handed the Cougars a 17-0 lead after catching a 9-yard touchdown pass against the Green Wave... Led UH wideouts with five catches for 66 yards, including a 10-yard touchdown for the Cougars' first points at UAB... Snared four passes for 39 yards at UTEP... Led all players with six catches at C-USA rival Tulsa... Recorded six catches for a career-high 128 yards and a touchdown against C-USA rival Marshall... Hauled in a 62-yard touchdown pass and outraced defenders to the end zone late in the fourth quarter to ice the win over Marshall. Texas Bowl: Returned three kickoffs for 19 yards, including a long of 11 yards, against TCU.

One of 34 players to play in all 14 games, setting the UH single-season record... named Honorable Mention All-Conference USA by the head coaches... made starts against Oklahoma State and Conference USA rivals Southern Miss and UTEP... made an 11-yard catch against Tulane during the home opener for his first career reception... enjoyed a career day against Oklahoma State... hauled in a team-best four catches for 58 yards and a touchdown against the Cowboys... snared a 33-yard catch, outracing and running over several OSU defenders to tie the game at 17-17 midway through the third quarter. AutoZone Liberty Bowl: had two catches for 14 yards against South Carolina... his four-yard TD reception in the second quarter gave UH a 14-13 lead.

Competed in each of the first three games before missing the last eight with a wrist injury... did not record a reception or a tackle.

Sat out as a redshirt.

Prepped for head coach Jim Phillips and helped lead team to an 8-5 record and into the third round of the playoffs... two-time Second-Team All-District selection at outside linebacker at Waller High School... also an Honorable Mention All-District performer in baseball as a first baseman... a two-time Offensive MVP and a three-year letterman on the diamond... also lettered two years in basketball and received honorable mention accolades as a senior.
