Texas Bowl: Blasted six punts for an average of 50.2 yards per kick against TCU... set a UH bowl record with his average... nailed a career- and Texas Bowl-record 65-yard punt against the Horned Frogs.. was the second-longest punt in UH bowl history.
Prior to Houston: Spent one season at Hardin-Simmons where he played soccer... helped lead team to the American South Conference championship... also attended Alvin Community College.
High School:
Prepped at Friendswood High School in suburban Houston... was First-Team All-District and was named to the All-Galveston County team... named Special Teams Player of the Year at Friendswood... was an All-State goalkeeper while picking up All-District and All-County accolades.
