Career: Closed out his career ranked seventh on the Houston career sacks lists with 21.5, part of his 27.5 career tackles for loss and 136 tackles. He started 23 games in his career with action in 48 games total. He also had eight pass breakups, two interceptions, three forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries in his four-year career at UH.

2016: Started all eight games he saw action in ... missed five games due to a fractured orbital bone ... finished second on the team with 12 tackles for loss, a number that ranked ninth in The American ... third in The American and tied for the team lead with 8.5 sacks ... returned to action vs. Tulane (Nov. 12) after missing five games ... had six tackles, a tackle for loss and a quarterback hurry at Memphis (Nov. 25) ... had five tackles, a sack and tackle for a loss of 13 yards, two breakups and four quarterback hurries in a home win vs. No. 3 Louisville (Nov. 17) ... led the Cougars with 11 tackles, three sacks, 3.5 tackles for loss and two quarterback hurries in a home win over Tulane ... had one tackle and one quarterback hurry in a road win at Texas State (Sept. 24) ... tallied seven tackles with one sack for a loss of two yards and 1.5 tackles for loss in a road win at Cincinnati (Sept. 15) ... had six tackles and 2.5 for loss, while tallying 1.5 sacks for a loss of 10 yards in a win over Lamar (Sept. 10) ... recorded four tackles and a sack for a loss of eight yards, while forcing a fumble in a win over No. 3 Oklahoma (Sept. 3).

2015: Started 13 games at outside linebacker ... seventh on the team with 50 tackles ... fourth on the team and 10th in The American with 5.5 sacks ...  assisted on a sack to go along with three tackles in Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl win over Florida State ... collected his second-career interception in the American Athletic Conference Championship game against Temple ... had two tackles and a half sack in win over Navy ... tallied nine tackles, a 0.5 tackle for loss, one PBU and two QBH in win over Memphis ... had six tackles, a half tackle for a loss of two yards, a fumble recovery, a pass breakup and a quarterback hurry in win over Cincinnati ... totaled three tackles and a sack for a loss of nine yards in the shutout win over Vanderbilt ... tallied first career fumble recovery, a sack for a loss of six yards, four tackles and a quarterback hurry in win over SMU ... had six tackles and a forced fumble in win at Tulsa ... notched his fifth-straight game (from 2014) with a sack after tallying one along with seven tackles, a PBU, and a tackle for a loss of seven yards in win over Texas State ... recorded a sack for a loss of eight yards in a win at Louisville ... had a sack for a loss of nine yards to go along with three tackles in season opener.

2014: Appeared in all 13 games in 2014 for the Cougars, making one start in a win over Grambling ... registered 13 total tackles and 3.5 for a loss of 12 yards ... registered one tackle, a sack for a loss of two yards in Houston’s Armed Forces Bowl victory ... had two tackles, including one for a loss of four yards on a sack at Cincinnati ... recorded first sack of the year for a loss of six yards at BYU ... had three tackles, one of which was solo and combined for a tackle for loss in the 2014 season opener vs. UTSA.     

2013: Part of the rush defensive end rotation for Houston ... played in all 13 games with a start at UTSA ... led all freshmen in The American Athletic Conference and was second on the team with 4.5 sacks for a loss of 35 yards ... the 4.5 sacks ranked third all-time at Houston among freshmen ... led Houston with 11 quarterback hurries ... fourth among defensive linemen on the team with 26 tackles ... best game of the season came against Rice when he finished with seven tackles, two sacks, one interception for a return of six yards and four quarterback hurries ... forced a decisive fourth-quarter fumble with an eight-yard sack against USF that was recovered by teammate Jeremiah Farley ... also had sacks against Memphis and BYU ... had pass breakups vs. Memphis and Louisville.
