    USF goes for it on 4th-and-goal from the 2 and picks up the score to make it 28-23.
    Kloss hits a 49-yard field goal for USF to make himself 3-for-3 in the game today.
    Greenberry goes the distance after breaking a tackle on a slant and covering 48 yards on the score. His 5th career 100+ game this season/career.
    Adrian Bennett recovers an onside kick attempt showing why he was last week's special team's player of the week.
    Kloss hits a 50-yard field goal for USF to make ti 21-13 with 9:33 left in the third.
    Opening second half drive results in a touchback for USF after Ryan Jackson rips a 36-yard drive but fumbles on the four yard line.
    Greg Ward gets stopped short on 4th-and-2 and turn the ball over on downs with 2:35 left in the half.
    Derrick Mathews gets Houston's first sack to make it 3rd-and-11 and USF has to punt. Cougars get the ball on the 45 yard line with 4:33 left in the half.
    Ryan Jackson caps a 1:26 drive with his first rushing touchdown since Rice. Cougars go 4-plays covering 55 yards with Greg Ward under center for his first drive of the day.
    USF scores their first touchdown in 13 quarters on an 8-yard slant to Mike McFarland.
    Kenneth Farrow takes a 3-yard shovel pass into the end zone for his first receiving touchdown of the year. Cougars cap their longest scoring drive of the season taking 14-plays and covering 93 yards in 4:52.
    Bulls return a punt for 41-yards for a season long against Houston to set up a 39-yard field goal.
    Coguars defense forces another 3-and-out. UH takes over on their own 24.
    That was Houston's 13th straight scoring drive under 3-minutes and extends the 29-straight quarter scoring streak - every quarter this year, only team in FBS to accomplish that.
    Cougars force a 3-and-out to start the game and quickly go to work with a 3-play, 64-yard drive taking 1:11 off the clock as Xavier Maxwell caps the drive with a 6-yard touchdown catch. Deontay Greenberry went for 49 yards on the first pass play.

    Houston wins the toss and defers to the second half to take the ball.
