    HOUSTON - Sixteen student-athletes from the 2013 Houston Football signing class reported to campus Monday to begin classes, joining five who made their way to the UH campus in the spring semester. The remainder of the 2013 class is expected to arrive in July.

    Fourteen true freshmen - Demarcus Ayers, Tyus Bowser, Ty Cummings, Nomluis Fruge, Donald Gage, Joseph Glenn, Chauntez Jackson, Tyler McCloskey, John O'Korn, Ja'Braylin Thomas, Josh Thomas, Nick Thurman, Greg Ward and Javin Webb - all reported Monday along with junior college transfer Billy Cosh and Boise State transfer Lee Hightower.

    Houston Football Roster

    Hightower started 11 games in two seasons while at Boise, four at cornerback in 2011 and seven at free safety in 2012. In seven games in 2012 he totaled 31 tackles and one interception while forcing one fumble. In eight games in 2011, he collected 25 stops with one interception and four pass breakups. Hightower will be eligible to play for the Cougars in 2014 when he'll have two years of eligibility remaining.

    Five student-athletes from the 2013 class reported to the program in January. Junior college transfers Trevor Harris and Turon Walker were joined by Morgan State transfer Elandon Roberts and true freshmen D'Juan Hines and Caleb Tucker in taking apart of Houston's spring drills.

    Season tickets for the 2013 Houston Football season are on sale and fans are encouraged to purchase their season tickets early.

    Fans can purchase season tickets covering seven games for as low as $150. Families will enjoy the Memorial Hermann Family Plan for only $299. Under the Memorial Hermann Family Plan, fans will receive two adult and two youth General Admission tickets with additional youth tickets costing only $75 each.
