We appreciate your dedication to Houston Athletics and Cougar Pride and your patience as we continue to work through several complications of playing in multiple venues for the 2013 football season. For this year only, as we progress towards a new stadium, our situation has brought forth an atypical timeline and several new and unforeseen obstacles for both the athletic department and for our loyal fans and supporters. We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences, but we ask for your patience and support during this season.
You can still purchase and renew season tickets after the July 9 deadline. However, if you renew after the deadline, your seating priority will come after the initial seating allocation. You can also make your Cougar Pride donation after the July 9 deadline; however, it will affect your seating location and your parking pass may not arrive with your football season tickets.
Houston Athletics will release all 2014 football season ticket information in July. The release of 2014 seating information will include a timeline for purchase, seating charts, pricing, seating priority and allocation information. As you make decisions regarding your season ticket and Cougar Pride renewal for the 2013 season, it is crucially important to note that seating allocation in the new football stadium in 2014 will be based off of a combination of your Cougar Pride donation, if you had 2013 football season tickets, football stadium pledges and the Cougar Pride Priority Point System. You can still make stadium commitments and donations to Cougar Pride up through November 30, 2013 to boost your priority. The best way to ensure you are allocated your desired number season tickets for 2014 is to secure the same amount of season tickets for the 2013 season.
The 2013 season marks Houston's first in The American Athletic Conference with the league's 2013 champion garnering an automatic BCS bid.
