HOUSTON -With the announcement of the Houston Football Stadium map and 2014 season ticket prices, Houston Football fans can begin the process of requesting 2014 season tickets with a $50 deposit beginning Tuesday.

Season ticket holders will be asked to pick a price level and a ticket quantity but will not be locked into or guaranteed either one. This information is meant to give UH Athletics an idea on quantities and locations prior to the Select-a-Seat event in the spring of 2014 allowing UH Athletics to better prepare for the requests.
During the actual Select-a-Seat event, season ticket holders may select a different area and quantities when it is their turn based on their level of priority.
The $50 deposit is not a fee and will count towards the cost of your season tickets for 2014.
Fans looking to ensure a specific number of seats in the new stadium in 2014 should purchase an equal number of seats in 2013. If fans request additional 2014 seats in the new stadium at a price level where requests exceed capacity, limits equal to their 2013 season-ticket order may be imposed.
Group seating requests will be based on the group’s lowest ranking member on the 2014 Priority Process. When Select-A-Seat times are announced, a group representative will select seats for the entire group to ensure the entire group is sitting together.
The 2014 selection order will be determined by the 2014 Priority Process. Once the selection order has been determined, you will receive notification of your selection day and time, along with instructions on how to pick your seats. UH Athletics will continue to release updated information as it is finalized.
Season tickets in the new stadium start at just $140 with lower bowl season tickets beginning at $200. Premium seating season begin at $225 with luxury seating season tickets (club seats, loge boxes, suites) beginning at $1,000.
Sixty-three percent of the stadium will consist of seats that are not tied to Cougar Pride or stadium donations while 37 percent of the stadium will be premium seating. Luxury seating consists of just four percent of the stadium.
Once fans’ priority levels are set through the criteria listed above, they will be allowed to request seating based on the following:
1. Minimum of $100,000 stadium donation pledge required to purchase a Suite.
2. Minimum of $10,000 stadium pledge required to purchase one (1) Loge Box, which consists of four seats. Each additional Loge Box purchased will require an additional $10,000 stadium donation pledge.
3. Minimum of $10,000 stadium donation pledge required to purchase up to four (4) seats in the Club. Each additional Club seat purchased will require an additional $2,500 stadium donation pledge.
4. Amenities and pricing for suite decks and party patios are being finalized and will be released at a later date.
5. For all other pricing options, please consult the map below.
Stadium donations are payable over a five-year period from initial payment. All stadium donation pledge agreements must be signed by Nov. 30, 2013, to receive seating allocation benefits with initial payment due no later than June 1, 2014. To donate over $10,000 to the stadium, stadium donation pledges are required to be made in minimum increments of $2,500.
Making a request and a donation for 2014 season tickets, however, does not guarantee the requested location.
A reminder that the cost of season tickets and per seat donation for 2014 will be above and beyond your stadium donation pledge commitment. Payment options for the 2014 season tickets will be released in the spring of 2014.

COUGAR PRIDE PRIORITY POINT SYSTEM
Seating allocation for all 2014 Houston Football games will be based on the Cougar Pride Priority Point System as of the deadline of Nov. 30, 2013. Fans should meet the season ticket and Cougar Pride renewal deadlines for their best possible seating at each venue.
The Cougar Pride Priority Point Systembenefits are prioritized first by fans’ Cougar Pride annual giving level and then by priority points within the giving level.
The 2013 season marks Houston's first in The American Athletic Conference with the league's 2013 champion garnering an automatic BCS bid.
This year's unique season-ticket package covers seven games at three locations across the City of Houston. In addition to the Memphis and Cincinnati games, the Cougars also face Southern (Aug. 30), Rice (Sept. 21), BYU (Oct. 19), USF (Oct. 31) and SMU (Nov. 29) at Reliant Stadium.
Houston is in negotiations with Rice Athletic Department officials to play the Nov. 23 game vs. Cincinnati at Rice Stadium.
SEASON TICKETS INFORMATION
Fans can purchase season tickets covering seven games for as low as $160. Families can also enjoy the Memorial Hermann Family Plan for only $319. Under the Memorial Hermann Family Plan, fans will receive two adult and two youth General Admission tickets with additional youth tickets costing only $80 each.
