HOUSTON - The Houston Touchdown Club announced it will host the University of Houston-Rice Bayou Bucket Lunch on Sept. 27 at 12 p.m. at the Bayou City Event Center. Houston Vice President for Intercollegiate Athletics, Mack Rhoades, and its head football coach, Tony Levine, are slated to speak at the event as are Rice's Rick Greenspan and David Bailiff.
The luncheon is sponsored by the Touchdown Club, which created the Bayou Bucket Trophy that is awarded to the winner of the annual football game on the field immediately after the contest.
Tickets are $45 each. Tables are 10 seats each, and cost $450 (regular table sponsor), $500 (bronze sponsorship), $1,000 (silver sponsorship), $1,500 (gold sponsorship) and $2,500 (platinum sponsorship). Premium table sponsors will have their names in the paper program, and will sit on the first few rows.

Tickets for the Bayou Bucket game on Sept. 29 at Reliant Stadium start at just $20 and can be purchased through the University of Houston Athletics Ticket Office.
